What a super company!
We were interested in buying a washing machine and fridgefreezer; the information the assistant gave us was super useful and directed at what we actually wanted. Great delivery and installation. Absolutely our go-to place for any domestic appliances as we feel we trust the company and have had an excellent experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy ordering online then DB Domestics phoned us to confirm the delivery date - they install then take away the old appliance free of charge. Our new tumble dryer works really well. Superb local business - we always use DB Domestics for our white goods orders.

In the shop they did all they could to offer me a tumble dryer.
They managed to deliver and install the next day. Amazing service.
However, my choice in the product was very disappointing. The water tray you empty every use is practically on the floor. I am 77 and find it difficult getting down that far.
The door opens the wrong way to get my washing out of the machine and straight into the dryer.
Finally the fluff collector is so difficult to open. I made a bad choice.
Is there anything you can do to exchange it for a different model, pretty please???

Service is excellent, this is our second purchase from DB. Each time, the attention given at the point of sale was friendly and efficient, the item was delivered within the time slot given. Brought in to our home carefully and a good introduction given to the item. Can't fault any aspect of their service. Will certainly stay using them for any of the goods they sell.
