Lewis kindly sent me pictures of sunningdale and belgravia opti v fire stoves ( as i didnt like mirror effect of belgravia in back of stove). I chose the Sunningdale and Stef was really helpful in the ordering and arranging delivery of Sunningdale. It is perfect and because of lack of mirror in back makes it look so much more real. Thank you

First class service from start to finish. We ordered large French style fridge freezer which we realised after we got home would not fit.after speaking to Tom, who spent a great deal of time with us, we found a perfect alternative in the same style.
The new item was ordered and the original order cancelled without any fuss. Today the new appliance was delivered and as we have come to expect from previous items we have bought, the delivery guys were so kind, patient and made sure that the item was installed without any marks or damage and that we were happy with everything No mean feat considering the size and the removal of doors to get it into the house.
I have never been disappointed by the team at DB domestics and would highly recommend them for all appliances

Outstanding service from DB Domestics. Ordered an electric cooker in the evening, received a call the next morning, and within 24 hours it was delivered, fitted, and my old cooker removed. Friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient from the ordering to the call this morning to the 2 gentlemen who delivered, fitted and removed the old cooker.. I’ve never had appliance service like this. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant service called Saturday 7th Feb they booked me in for today 10th Feb £70 call out including 30minutes maintenance for my oven repaired then and there new heating element! Lovely polite men left clean and tidy, professional

We had 3 fridge/freezers installed and the old ones disposed off, Tom and his team were excellent for the first phone call to the last email,the install was smooth and slick,i didn't get the guys names but i couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Helpful staff.
Reasonable prices and they fit the appliance and take away the old one
