Great service, fabulous products and value for money

This is the second time that I have dealt with DBS and From the moment I placed my order I was confident that all would run smoothly. Terrific communication and delivery excellent. Would have no qualms at recommending DBS to friends and family.

I ordered 4 lengths got 5.
Then I needed another one..they sent two.
Everything was easy, straight forward, zero hassle and I actually spoke to a lady on the phone, no press 1 for this, 2 for a long wait 3 to get annoyed..
Nope straight through to a local lady.

Very simple to order, very competitive prices! Delivered in 3 working days, items cut to size and installed using the adhesive on their website. The adhesive was very strong and I didn't need to provide support underneath until it dried.

Excellent service, great communication & all at a great price

Panels are always damaged they send replacements no problem but sometimes this can create issues I am a trade installer so really need to step up on the delivery/packaging other than that good company good products

The delivery man was extremely good and the panels spot on, but because of the three panels shower cubicle the two corner units were difficult to fit.Also the corner strips were a different color,otherwise very pleased with the finished job.

The customer service with this company is exemplary. Unfortunately, although well packaged, our order arrived damaged and with one (small ) component incorrect. They politely and swiftly refunded the incorrect item so I could immediately reorder and the damaged goods were replaced at top speed so as not to delay our contractors' timetables. Good website, fair prices and I would use them again. Problems will occasionally occur.. it's how you deal with them that counts. Well done DBS.

Excellent value for money. Ordered online and collected with no issues.

I ordered pannels on a next day delivery as all I had to do to finish my job was put the cladding on. Firstly they are very bad quality and poorly packaged. I ordered 17 and 12 came badly damaged. I agreed I could use 6 of the 12 but 6 I couldn't so they sent me replacement pannels which also came badly damaged. The customer requested me to take off the ones I fitted as they were not happy with the quality. Then dbs wouldn't even refund me the money. Soo all in I paid for poor quality panels that ended up in the skip and i lost money and time. They need to change supplier as these pannel are poor quality. Also they are not packaged well when they send them.
