Sent the wrong shoes, took over two weeks to respond, and I had to open an American Express dispute before they finally arranged a return and refund.

22 days and not received my order. Everytime I contact DC they just say its being shipped and has to go through customs. No other information. Feels like a scam.

The delivery service was s fantastic and the product was fabulous l give 100% satisfaction

Like others have said, the non existent customer service, lack of communication over the whereabouts of my item, the inaccurately advertised delivery times and the flood of marketing emails, have dampened the experience of otherwise good products. I was surprised it arrived via the Royal Mail as I was expecting an obscure unknown delivery service that could have explained the total lack of updates. I ordered an item on 12 July and it arrived on 24 July. It was a birthday gift on the 20 July. Just be honest with the lead times DC Shoes!

DC Shoes online store is well designed, but quite often I find it running slow and my connection is not the issue. Having said that, I love the shoes. I've had dozens of pairs and quality and comfort are top level. I'll always come back for another pair of shoes and if you can speed up the web page in the near future, that would be great! See you soon.

I placed an which said it would take 3-5 days to be delivered it took two weeks, they did not fit so I sent them back, it’s been over 10 days since they received them back and still no refund, I have chased them over and over again and they have not responded. Absolutely terrible custom service!

From start to finish a great experience and the shoes are always top notch, IV worn DC from being 12 years old and I'm now 39

After making an order with an incorrect address, I contacted customer services to ammend the error . The reply i got told me it was now the couriers problem and they had nothing to do with it . When trying to contact customer services a second time I didn't even receive a response . I have now lost my money and not received my order with no help from customer services

Terrible customer service and I doubt very much that I’d ever order anything from DC shoes again. Firstly I thought, as I was ordering from DC Shoes.co.uk that my order was coming from a UK site. Turns out it came from Europe and took a very long time to arrive. Order was placed on 20th May and marked as shipped on 21st May. Nothing arrived despite DPD tracking (provided on the shipping information email from DC Shoes) showing that it had been delivered - but not saying where it had been delivered or any tracking history . Yet nothing showing on my DPD app. I contacted DC Shoes customer service on 8th June to say that my order has not been delivered despite what the tracking shows. I get a response from DC Shoes providing me with my DPD tracking number! Clearly my enquiry had not been read. I then reply to say I already have the tracking number and again reiterate my initial enquiry - no response from them. I then end up submitting a further two subsequent enquiries with no response from them. On 21st July I eventually get quite a ‘snippy’ response telling me, in effect, to stop contacting them as they are experiencing high contact volumes and kindly asking me not to send multiple messages - perhaps if you’d simply answered my initial enquiry that I wouldn’t have had to send multiple messages!
By this time my DPD tracking then showed it was in Belgium and that’s where the tracking history stopped. A day or two later my parcel arrives - 1 MONTH LATE. It was a present for my husband’s birthday at the end of May so I returned it straight away on 21 June. It was received by DC Shoes 29th June
It’s now 13th July, I’ve had confirmation of my return and yet still have not had my refund!!
Poor show DC Shoes! I’m really disappointed and will not order from you again

Customer for decades due to the quality, reliability and trustworthy company

My order was stuck on Dispatched for ages, and then when I checked the tracking again it said it had been delivered.

I emails customer support and they said that the delivery company were having issues, and then I got a different response from another customer support member claiming that DC themselves had an issue and that my order wasn’t even processed in the first place, yet they took my money and I had to do the digging as to what had happened.

Now after over 2 months of back and forth (the shoes I ordered are out of stock now) my email seems to have been blocked. I messaged them multiple times and got no answer, so I tried a different email and it went through straight away.

Incredibly poor service, straight up lying to customers, and the worst customer support I’ve ever encountered.

Fab shoes let down by poor shipping updates and slow delivery... more info needed to keep customers in the loop please

Wicked shoes! My girlfriend looks amazing in them and shes totally stoked with how comfy they are and the style!

Sizes were inconsistent and sizing chart was off. Needed to return stuff, it took a very very long time to get it processed and no end of communications with no feedback on this.

Stock is very inconsistent too. it says they are in stock but may turn up next day or 5 weeks later again with no communication.

Was waiting on a return way beyond the return by date. Very difficult process.

Update: 09/7:

Refund processed now, but it has taken 6 weeks and no end of communications. To summarise; the sizes on the size chart are a little off (too big, potentially order size down). And their stock is very inconsistent. One thing turned up very quickly, the rest took 5 weeks.

Be very wary of the company, it may well be difficult to get what you want and if you have to use refunds or returns, it can be very long drawn out process.

It took 10 days for the trainers for a gift, I was ok with that given they may of come from an international store but the wrong size came, tried to contact them several times with photos for proof but no response. I've returned and won't be ordering the right size as I have no faith in the customer service if they're wrong again. No trainers for daughters birthday!
