Not received my order or refund and being ignored

Originally purchased the wrong size, return and refund was super fast enabling me to purchase the correct size overall very happy with the service

I ordered my pixi trainers on the 9th of June and its the 23rd now and thay still have not arrived email you asking for a refund no email back as yet.

Order got shipped on the 8th it’s now the 23rd and my trainers that I ordered seem to be lost in transit even tho tracking says delivered but there’s no proof of delivery and they ain’t been delivered shocking customer service impossible to contact paid for a product I’ve never received can’t even get a refund because I can’t get in touch or no one will reply back

My order never arrived. DPD confirmed they cannot locate the parcel. I've emailed 3 times and been completely ignored!!! Stupidly difficult to find a contact number, found 03301281688 online for Boardriders and they're never open when I ring!!! I WANT A REFUND AND TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED!!! AWFUL SERVICE!!! I'll buy my DC's from a third party in future. Absolutely terrible!!!!

Trainers didn't arrive..they just didn't get delivered..no response to email as of yet..very frustrating as was daughters present and will need to purchase again from another outlet

Ordered 15th June at 7am and delivery estimate was latest 20th June which was great as they were ordered for father's day. Got the order confirmation which stated delivery scheduled from 17th June, even better I thought. Got to 18th June no update on order status so I contacted customer service - got an automated response about their standard delivery times. I emailed back and got a response from a person but just told me the same thing, no specific information about my order and just we're working hard to ship your order. Now it's 22nd June and nothing has arrived, no update, no father's day gift and there is no option to cancel an order due to them apparently starting to pack and ship your order quickly - HA! I am left with no choice but to try and recover the money by raising a dispute with my bank. Absolutely dreadful service and wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I simply didn't expect such poor service from a well-known brand.

Reply in a timely manner to customers and check your delivery company as they lie about delivery's

Disappointed was really looking forward to wearing them. DPD link shows they’ve been delivered but they haven’t. Told by DC there’s a delay.

I wish I could give no stars for the terrible customer service...my order 6/6/26 has still not arrived 21/6/26 i had to contact the delivery company to find out that the order didn't make it through customs and has been sent back
I have emailed DC Shoes 4/5 times had no response so I am down the money for the trainers and still have no trainers. Vert poor customer service

!!!!!!!!!! I never received my order. And no delivery correspondence from them or DPD regarding time or date of delivery or reply’s to emails when chasing order.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered shoes on 6/6/26. DC tracking info said shoes had been delivered on 11/06/26 but we had not received them. Tracking info on DPD app show they nave been sitting at a depot in the Netherlands since 10/06/2026. 3 attempts to contact customer services, only response was an automated one, which was no help at all. I have now requested my bank dispute the payment. I will not order from DC again. Appalling service.

I bought another pair of the companies Court Graffik shoes. They look amazing and are by far the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I’ve been buying them since the early 2000’s and whilst they change visually with new designs, the core shoe has been kept the same. This is a very good thing as they are so comfortable. Also buying from DC online they usually have a sale on so you can get a discount. Fast postage and well wrapped.

Ordered almost a month ago. Emailed to chase. Nothing! Ordered for an occasion. Will never order from them again

Disaster from the start! I ordered some shoes for my husbands birthday. When they did not arrive in the allotted time I reached out by the enquiry form and received no response. After giving a further grace period on the off chance my order was in fact coming from a EU warehouse I then contacted DPD as my parcel was still missing and DC had failed to contact me regarding my enquiry. DPD informed me that they could not deliver the parcel as DC did not sent it out with an address but only my postcode. Due to this the parcel has been lost. They advised that DC would now need to launch an investigation to find the parcel. However I have still not heard back from their customer service team. Simply put the process to resolve any issues is shocking! There should be more options than just an enquiry form no one answers and what kind of company issues out their clients orders without the full address attached! Do not order from them this is nothing short of a scam.

I have not received my order and I have repeatably tried to contact customer services and the courier DPD to no avail. Is this a scam ? I have paid my money but have not received my Order

I ordered a pair of skateboard shoes for my son over a month ago, and the order has still not arrived. I have been chasing both the main website (dcshoes.co.uk) and the strange secondary link that appeared on my order confirmation, but neither has provided any meaningful response or explanation.
The tracking information through DPD has also led nowhere. They appear to have no valid delivery evidence and cannot confirm that the parcel ever existed beyond the initial tracking entry, which makes me think they may also be victims of this fraudulent setup.
After looking at the Trustpilot reviews, something I wish I had done before purchasing and it’s clear that many other customers have experienced the same issue. There are numerous reports of missing orders, no customer service, and no refunds.
I have requested a refund and am still hoping this will be resolved, but based on the volume of similar complaints, I am extremely concerned that this website is operating as a scam.
I have reported the site to the National Cyber Security Centre and strongly recommend others do the same so action can be taken quickly.

Item not been delivered. Tracking keeps saying being returned to sender. No reply to email to customer services. Customer services phone number doesn't work!
