Products arrived whole and as described but they were very slow to ship my order. I did have to ask where my order was twice

All the items were perfect. I was very happy to finally recieve them. They are very slow to respond to emails though, just fyi.

Very quick shipping come with an offical oc ad a freebie I love my hyujin necklace!

It took a very long time to arrive. But I ordered the necklace and even through not in Europe it thankfully arrived before Hyunjins birthday! Quality is great and it came with freebies (freebies weren’t pcs but something even more better) I loved the gift of the extra pc with a QR code. The necklace is just right!

My item itself was packaged well and I recieved the correct item, however actually receiving my item was a nightmare. It took 8 weeks to actually recieve my order despite the preorder period ending a month before i even ordered. Two weeks after I placed my order I emailed to check its status as I had heard nothing, only to be told the version I ordered was no longer available and I could either choose another or cancel my order. If I hadn't emailed I imagine I still would have been waiting. I chose a different members version, which apparently was priced differently as I was then sent an invoice for more than I originally paid, for a version I didn't actually want. However as i still wanted the item, unfortunately i paid the difference. After a month of no further communication I emailed again, only to be told shipping was delayed due to a Korean holiday, that apparently meant it couldn't be shipped for 4 weeks, and would only then be expecting it to the British warehouse. I finally have the item, scratched but miraculously intact. I emailed twice for an update after the order was changed, but got zero reply and I had to reply to my previous email chain to actually get a response. The shipping policy on the website is about 2 weeks, but it apparently takes until they can be bothered.

Items still not sent out, emailed and messaged on social media multiple times and received no reply with information. Now having to raise a dispute with bank.

Still have not received my order even though it arrived in UK seems to have been lost or stolen via post. Asked by dmf for reviews but everytime I contact them to tell them I have not received my items I get no response

I pre-ordered skz merch in october, and still didn't recive it. I wrote emails, wrote on social media but there is no comunication. If anyone can help me from they're own experience, i'd be grateful.

Items are all official and came with really sweet freebies but the customer service is iffy and not the best with stock arrival dates but apart from that item is amazing thank you

October 17th 2025 I preordered an item on the website. It said in the post, that shipping would start around January thsi year.

Still getting answers that it will be at stock February / MID March

August 23rd 2025 I preordered an item on the website. It said in the post, that shipping would start around November of last year.
In January I reached out to them through email just to get an update, cause I'd heard nothing since I placed the order. I never got a response to said email.
I then messaged them on Instagram also in January, again asking for an update. No response.
I've since bumped the Instagram message twice (once in February and today).
Still no communication at all, and no updates through email.
6 months, no responses or any communication at all.

Update March 27th:
Still no response anywhere. No item received.
No emails have been answered. No response on Instagram. No response from posting in the chat on their own website.

First order with DMF and I couldn't be happier! Got matching Hyunjin necklaces for me and my bestfriend and we even got some cute freebies, including extra photocards <3 So we'll packaged too! Will deffo order from here again :)
