I ordered a stray kids do it hoodie from you guys and royal mail says the parcel wasnt available yet when they called at straford and its been stuck like that for 5 days, I keep getting email about the experience I got when the hoodie has arrived but I haven't received yet so I would like to know what is going on. I've even emailed this company to ask what's going on and that haven't even responded which im not pleased with as ive spent a lot of money on this hoodie

The only issue I had was it was difficult to contact about where my order was. Once sent out it got here really quick and was packaged wonderfully, will definitely buy from again.

Ordered from them a few times and will order again. I did have a complaint on one occasion and they resolved this in a timely manner so I'm happy with the customer service I've received.

Its a nice treat to have KPop merchandise sold nearer to home. Bought a Stray Kidz tamagotchi as a Christmas present for my daughter. Arrived in good time, nicely packaged. All in all a smooth and stress free experience

I’ve ordered from here before and had no issues despite being warned off about them.

Previously I had preordered Enhypen’s Unleash album, and while it took slightly longer to arrive than advertised, it did turn up in mint condition and in super cute packaging (loved the freebies!).

What’s brought me to write this review is that I placed an order on Dec 27th (I was treating myself to a late gift as I had a discount code that was about to expire and had no expectations for a quick delivery or anything given the holiday period) for TXT’s Star Chapter album that they released in August. DMF had advertised that the Weverse preorder benefit was still available with the purchase of the standard album, so I thought ‘why not? We’ll try and see if this is true’ as why advertise it otherwise. And seeing as they allow you to put your POB member preference in the order notes (which I did but prefaced that I was honestly not fussed as to who I got as we stan OT5), I thought ‘even better!’ As I had gotten my second choice with my previous order with Enhypen’s album.

However, my order was cancelled 3-days later on the 30th. I have no idea why. I thought it might be because they didn’t have any more POBs to offer? Though it would have been fine if they had just emailed to say this and asked if I’d still want the album (which I would have). So I took a looksie on their website today and they’re still advertising the albums WITH the POB. So who knows what’s going on there.

Very bummed to have wasted a discount code on this mess 🙄.

Have to say I am unimpressed with the lack of communication on this one.

Very slow to send the parcel but was expected, came fast enough when in the UK and good quality item as expected.

I ordered the not cute anymore mini ver album by illit in November. It was said the date of shipping was estimated to be Mid December but it is currently the end of the month which is days past it. I understand sometimes there’s delays but I do not like the lack of communication as it is very blind sighting. I was optimistic for this order and would plan on ordering again if all went well and recommending it but the lack of updating on products and orders is very worrying. I spent a lot of money on the album and I do not want to get scammed which is why I’m leaving this review so others can be informed but if I do get my product I will update my review. This is very upsetting.

Wirkt unseriös. Artikel im Oktober bestellt und bis heute keine Lieferung. Mehrmals versucht per E- Mail Kontakt aufzunehmen, ohne Erfolg. Eine Unverschämtheit. Würde nicht nochmal dort etwas bestellen.

My order came well packaged and intact with a wonderful freebie. They didn't have one item in order but refunded me quickly. Thank you for the great service.

Got do it albums do and it vers! Pre-order items came to expectations on the description (mid-late December) and got it as soon as it said it was dispatched.
Quality is very good and legit, and got lovely freebies!

The 2 ‘DO IT’ albums I ordered were packaged very well. I would’ve given 5 stars, but unfortunately DMF customer service is non existent! I had a fairly urgent issue so emailed them. I ended up sending 3 emails and still not having any response from them Whatsoever!
