Pre - ordered an item i was really excited to get as its Korea and USA limited 🫩. I was constantly checking for updates as I understand shipping can be long. However after the shipping date changed twice I tried to reach out to them for a clear update numerous times ... no reply. I waited longer but come to realise that them doing all this is against consumer laws so I wrote them a long email mentioning consumer laws and how this could be taken further to trading standards. They instantly gave me a refund ( surprised they even replied😨). Bit sad I can't get me plush anymore but I just check and they still haven't updated there page regarding shipping so at the same time im glad I dont have to deal the communication issue. Oh and it says on there page that they have 5 star reviews, changed sometimes to like 4.8 or something but its very much not true 😭

The order arrive, safely packed and unharmed, in a very good condition which I was really happy with. The only thing that could have been better is communication with the customer, the shipping date for this order changed which was updated on their website, but they didn't update me through email or anything and I only found out about it when I started to investigate because I was freaking out about not getting the order when they initially said. But overall, I was happy with the order.

I purchased preorder items, all of which were sent the time they predicted. It was nicely packaged and arrived safely. I would love it if there was a calendar on the website listing estimated shipping times.

Items never shipped over 2 months from ordering, emails were never replied to. Eventually ended up challenging charge with my credit card company. Not sure what’s changed, have previously been able to receive items from this seller (albeit a bit slow like 2 weeks).

Bit of a communication issue but partly my fault too as it was my first pre-order aswell as my first order with them! My order has arrived and I am absolutely in love 😍 it was packaged well and not only did I get a free photocard I got my favourite member 🥰 100% would order from again! Thank you DMF!

STAY CLEAR FROM THESE SCAMMERS. My daughter ordered something back in October and it still hasn't shipped. We contacted them and they've given us the run around. They didn't even give her an order number but they were quick to charge us. We are contacting our credit card company and get a refund.

I ordered the SKZOO Speaker back in December 2025. Originally the product page said shipping would be in January. Now I know things take time shipping from Korea, so that was to be expected. However… when I noticed that they changed the shipping on the product page to “end of Jan” I initially thought there was a delay. But then the next time I checked it changed to “end of Jan to mid Feb” - ok, now that’s concerning. I attempted to email them directly and no reply. I then attempted to fill out their online form - no reply. I have no checked the site again and can see they have changed the shipping to “mid-end of Feb”… so now I’m trying to get in touch via their online chat and so far, zilch response. I came here to see other reviews and am now even more concerned after seeing so many reviews that have had similar issues regarding zero communication, amending shipping dates and more. I paid a lot of money for this item and I just want an answer as to when it’s going to be shipped out…

honestly if i could give 0 stars i would. this shop is a joke and they don’t reply to emails. customer service sucks. they can’t even reach out with a shipping update or anything. i can’t believe this is how they run a business. you are better off ordering from a different store that will actually reply to customer concerns and complaints.

Package was never shipped even weeks after the confirmed pre-order date, no one replied to my emails and Instagram DMs (even their comments are turned off, gee I wonder why). Was getting nowhere with this, so had to dispute the payment with my bank which DMF had the audacity to even try and challenge at first, but I got the refund back eventually, followed later by an automated email saying my order was cancelled - no explanation or apology from the brand. Not sure if they just cherry pick which orders to fulfil, but would never recommend this company to anyone.

Easy to order and very well packaged when my item arrived. Also got a small thank you gift so very happy with the service.
