My Skzoo was perfect. It was everything I hoped it would be. The quality was excellent. Anybody purchasing this item would be more than satisfied. I love my Bobakari Skzoo. The packaging was also very beautiful and top tier quality as well. The packaging was beautiful, and the freebies inside made me feel seen as a K-Pop Stan. I thought, this person really knows us and what we love. Thank you for the great product. My Skzoo brings me joy every time I see it.

DMF is a very good website and it’s so cheap and the information is secure. however, i ordered two stray kids Do It albums on the 2nd of November and the album released on the 21st of the same month. Still not here, yet all other buyers are getting their order for the same items. I don’t think I should have to email in twice because there is zero communication or information in SHOP at all. Please attempt to improve the amount of time it takes to ship because my order still hasn’t even shipped or arrived. Thank you.

I ordered from them before and while the email communication was non-existent before it still arrived. Now I'm waiting for an order from May or June and I have tried everything. They don't even reply on Instagram, where they're happily posting every day and their comments are deactivated. Seeing the other comments I'm assuming something happened and I would be willing to change this review if there is an explanation but the current situation is unacceptable (and I really don't want to induce legal steps, please do something!)

Mitte Oktober vorbestellt, Anfang November sollte versendet werden... Lange nichts gehört und dann Anfang Dezember nachgefragt. Als Antwort kam dann direkt die Versandbestätigung. Innerhalb von 5 Tagen war meine Bestellung da. Versand wurde mit Royal Mail und in Deutschland ging es nach dem Zoll weiter mit DHL. Super verpackt kam meine Bestellung an und alles ist original Merch von Jyp. Ich hab sogar meine Bias bei den Photocards bekommen. Ich bin so glücklich.

Im still waiting for my item since OCT 17 yes its preorder im just frustrated that theres 0 communication why do I have to email 3 times and no response not even an utomatic email. They should fix up. But I will update when the items arrive.

It was a delight ordering through them. Everything came on time and in tact. I will be definitely ordering again.

Ordered pre-order photocards in February. Constantly had to chase them up for an estimation on when they would ship as months had passed. They eventually ship them out and it appears like they got lost in transit. Tried emailing them and messaging on Instagram to get no reply.

The shipped everything when they said they would. It got here quickly with nothing missing!!! Super helpful when I had my email wrong on my order and got it corrected.

All the official photocards I buy from dearmyfavorite are legit and I happened to nab this selling of Dominate : Celebrate POP-UP ver of Han that I have been searching EVERYWHERE for that wasn’t over £30! Never had an issue with the seller with all the previous orders I’ve done. My main, and only, shop for photocards :)

Item not received. Follow up emails ignored. Avoid!
