Really happy with my order, shipped and arrived quickly and packaged really well, would shop here again :)

I pre ordered Katseye's beautiful chaos, and the estimated shipping date has changed many times, but is currently mid-end August. I have still received no updates on my package and i have emailed several times and received no reply. Terrible customer service. This is very suspicious, and I'm wondering if I've been scammed.

I ordered the stray kids karma pop up merch and it came incredibly fast compared to what I was expecting and was very well packaged and came with freebies aswell. Will definitely be shopping here again :)

Amazing, my order was quick to arrive once dispatched. All the items I ordered in great condition and well packaged. The pobs I ordered I could rank which members I was prioritising and they said they would try to accommodate those ones and did. Customer service was also amazingly helpful when I could no longer view my order status on the shop app they were able to tell me where my order was and inform me when it was being dispatched. They even included some freebie sleeves for my photocards. I would highly recommend ordering from here and I will be again.

No response to both email and instagram DM about a preordered item that was supposed to ship mid-August. It is now mid-September and there has been no communication. Their instagram comments are turned off also. I am not sure whether they intend to ship my item or not.

Ordered Illit bomb merch version on the 26th of august marked as pre order. I thought I found it for a decent price but unfortunately my order just got cancelled after I emailed them just then, was looking through these reviews and I started to get worried, it does seem as if they’ve maybe had an issue recently with being short staffed or stocking issues or something because when I ordered the reviews were all decent. As much as I’m disappointed I appreciate the instant refund!!! And I understand it must be difficult running a small business. Hopefully I can find this item again for a decent price <\3

I ordered the karma pre order and it came way quicker than I was expecting and it was well packaged as before and came with cute freebies also. Thus is my second time ordering from them and they don't disappoint.

i preordered katseye's beautiful chaos album over a month ago with the estimated shipping date mid-end august. no communication at all, still not shipped even though its two weeks into september, and did i mention absolutely no communication? i emailed them, sent them a message on instagram, tried sending a text to their number, and even tried to call them, but all four times, no response at all. honestly I'm pissed because I've been waiting for a really long time and they were selling it for way more expensive than other shops so if they don't ship it or at the bare minimum RESPOND back to me, I'd seriously not reccomend this store for their horrid communication and honestly i feel like I've gotten scammed. I'll update this once (or even IF) i get my order.

Preorder my little riize merch. Came at the said time and lots of info on my order on the website. Arrive quickly when shipped.

Ordered beginning of June and still have not received item. Have asked continuously where the item is and have asked for refund! Absolutely no communication! Live chat that's apparently 'instant message' - again months later still waiting for a reply from the first message sent. Absolute joke of a company!

No communication, no details on when order will be shipped let alone delivered.
Launch date of album was August, you’d expect therefore the album to arrive a few days later but nothing.
I have a heartbroken mega straykids fan devastated she’s been conned but thankfully the album was released and listened to on Spotify.
Now need to work out how to get my money back. Please do avoid at all costs especially when no one communicates with you.

Preorder still not arrived. No correspondence from the company - after several emails. The preorder was due mid July; we are now nearly Sept. Avoid

I ordered from them in may they said it’s going to be shipped mid July and now in august they canceled my order so all that waiting was basically for nothing. Never order something from them if it’s pre order!!!!!

Don’t preorder from them Twin….
Ordered late March and it’s now August and the product was supposed to ship out in March then it changed to June….
You also can’t cancel preorders so i don’t think im getting my money back anytime soon…
Tried reaching out via email, their website and insta yet not a single reply

The moment I saw that my items were ready to ship out I was so excited, the items arrived quickly and safely!
