Everything was packaged nicely and I had no complaints on any of the process. It came delivered undated and the shipping was fast.

My first time experience!
Tried this company out for the first time! Got to say that there isn't great communication. I was concerned about my order and emailed multiple times and haven't received anything 😭 But all is good! Everything arrived all well and pulled my bias for the POB! Ill be ordering for SKZs next comeback!

Don't buy here please
Hello, please don't ever buy from the shop. I ordered items worth almost 200€ and canceled the order a few days later. I never received a refund, even thought I cancelled before the items were shipped. They claimed to have refunded my money, but they never did. The customer Support doesn't help either. This shop is a scam!!

DMF saved the day! Placed an order for an item that was sold out in other places but they had it!
Ordered on a Monday and received it that friday Friday. It was my first order and I'm really happy with how quick and easy the entire process has been. They added a freebie which was really sweet, overall would definitely shop from them again.

Your complaint is based on a misunderstanding of the product you ordered. The product description very clearly explains that:
• If you select a specific SKZOO version (e.g. Wolfchan), the item must be opened before shipping to verify the version.
• By placing this order, you explicitly agreed to this condition “Customer agrees to open”.
• Only the Random ver. option is shipped unopened.
You did not order the Random version—you ordered the Wolfchan version. That means the package had to be opened to confirm the correct item. There is no other way to ensure accuracy without opening it.
We hope this clears up the misunderstanding. We encourage all customers to read the product details carefully before placing an order to avoid such confusion.

Satisfied
The shipping process took longer than expected but the Karma albums arrived in perfect condition with cute freebies!
