Booking with Debbie’s Villas
Booking with Debbie’s Villas, could not have been easier. They organised the Villa, flights, car hire and mobility scooter hire in one simple transaction. This was delivered direct to the Villa.
The advisor answered all my questions, and confirmed the booking quickly.
Communication through out the lead up time was excellent. Making sure that we had all our travel documents, insurance etc.
we had a slight problem with the mobility scooter during our stay, which was sorted very quickly.
The quality of the Villa was of a very high standard, having everything we needed
Have no hesitation in recommending them.

Good communication with Debbie's Villas
Booked with Debbie's Villas for a recent trip to Orlando. The villa was just as seen on Debbie's website. Well equipped, plenty of towels. Process of booking was straight forward, we also booked our cars with Debbie's. Good communication in the build up to our holidays. We had a problem with the BBQ that had been delivered to our villa, this was soon sorted out after a phone call. My only criticism is there were only 4 sun loungers,in a villa which accommodates 12, this was a touch inadequate. Overall Debbie's Villas were on the ball and I would book through them again.

Great service done in a friendly way
Everything about Debbie's Villas was exceptional. Friendly helpful staff, great pricing and great locations. I could not have wished for more. Took the family to Orlando and we had a perfect time which was in no small way down to Debbie's Villas.

The villas they supplied were dated and…
The villas they supplied were dated and not quite as advertised, we asked for this location so maybe our bad. They were functional and clean so ok. We had an issue with one of our parks universal tickets as they had not supplied the correct booking code. We sorted it eventually with the park ticket office but lost a day. We had no apology from them at all. Would I book with them again, probably not. The staff were very polite and helpful though. We had over a 4 hour delay on BA outbound from Gatwick and they did not help us trying to claim compensation, which we did independently but again would have hoped they would have pointed us in the right direction.

We are sorry to read this review. In terms of the BA delay, in this situation the airlines contact passengers directly as per IATA guidelines and unfortunately we were therefore not made aware. However, we would have been more than happy to have assisted the customer with any compensation claim if we had known. We have subsequently reached out to the customer directly and we hope that he has been satisfied with our response and resolution on this matter.

Debbie's villas are always great. They have an extensive selection to choose from, an easy to navigate website and the villas themselves are great quality (we've used them 3 times!)

Absolutely amazing villa!
Absolutely amazing villa. Has everything you need for a most relaxing holiday. Very spacious, plenty of room. Great outdoor and pool area. Beautiful views of the golf course. Lovely gated community with friendly people. Definitely recommend. Such a lovely gesture and a weight lifted after such a long travel day was when we arrived there was a welcome package of milk, bread, juice, butter cereal more so we could just relax on our first night and not worry about having to go out again til the morning.
A Walmart and Wynn Dixie just outside the complex. Also some restaurants close by too.
Simple and easy to book. Great communication and really helpful if needed. Everything was sent weeks before our check in date.

Great customer service
Great customer service, before during and after our trip. Such a friendly and knowledgeable company to deal with. Villa was brilliant and the little extras such as the welcome pack show they really think about their customers, will 100% use again if we ever return to Florida.

Lovely villa - would return again
Lovely villa well situated and close to the parks and amenities.
The villa has everything you could need for a long stay and we all enjoyed the outdoor space and pool which felt private and was cleaned regularly.
We would love to return in the very near future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommended the villa and Debbie’s Villas to friends and family.
