Good communication prior and after holiday. Friendly helpful staff. Just one comment that it needs to be made clearer what we need to get in touch with the management company about and what Debbie’s villas can help
With. Also was not made clear enough that the phone at the villa was disconnected and we should have used emails to contact the management company. Welcome pack was brilliant. Thank you. Would book through Debbie’s again.

Very stress free travel company
I have used this company twice and highly recommend their villa hire. Very attentive and professional. They stay in touch after booking, just before your holiday and just after. They sought feedback later about the local management company to ensure high quality service from them if needed.

The whole experience of booking with Debbie’s Villas was perfect from the start. Details of our villa was sent to us and this was followed up with a courtesy call a week before we departed to ensure we had all the information required. The villa itself was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable, a lovely home from home with the added pool which was great fun for the whole family. We had a few issues while we were away which were dealt efficiently by the management company. The villa was in a perfect location for Disneyland and we had shops, supermarkets and restaurants on our doorstep. Would highly recommend Debbie’s Villas and will definitely use again.

I was so pleased with the service I received from Debbie's Villas. I booked a package holiday to Orlando including a large villa for my family. Everything went perfectly. The flights were good, the villa was even better than I had expected, with a lovely clean pool, games room etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending Debbie's Villas to anyone thinking of visiting Orlando.

Once again an excellent service from start to finish.
The Villa was just as described and very clean with added bonus of poolside TV for late night sports with a cold beer.
Purchased theme park tickets for the 1st time from Debbie's Villas as they were at competitive prices and the process was simple.
The courtesy call before you go to make sure your all prepared, the welcome basket on arrival and the call when you return to make sure everything was ok just make you feel a little more valued as a customer.

Wonderful property on Captiva Drive
On arrival there were a few issues that needed addressing. Debbie’s Villas organised this very quickly & efficiently the same day.
The townhouse was well equipped & comfortable. Having a loo outside by the pool was a bonus with 3 little Grandsons. They loved the themed bedrooms.
Can highly recommend it.

Kept us very informed at all stages from booking to when we arrived at the villa. Several follow up phone calls to check that everything was okay which was appreciated. Nice welcome pack on arrival. We have stayed on Emerald Island resort and choose it again as its location is perfect

Great service and villa
I simply cannot fault this villa other than it was further away from the parks than we’re used to.
We had an issue with the fridge not making ice cubes and within half an hour of emailing a man knocked the door with 2 ginormous bags of ice. There was a tab on it that needed flicking on and then it worked perfectly. Fantastic maintenance service. Will be using Debbie’s Villas again, for sure.

Seamless experience
Had a great experience with Debbie’s villas. The booking process was really easy. Our villa in Orlando looked exactly like the pictures and was an amazing place to stay for five adults. We also got the barbecue included which was a great price and was there ready and waiting when we arrived. A seamless experience! The communication before and after our trip was also great, not too much but just enough so we felt like we had all the right information. I’d highly recommend for an Orlando Villa!
