Absolutely Outstanding – We Won't Book with Anyone Else Again!
We have just returned from an amazing holiday in Florida, staying in a villa at Windsor Hills that we booked through Debbie's Villas, and I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough.
The villa itself was absolutely fantastic – spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and had absolutely everything we could have needed. The little touches made such a difference too. We were welcomed with a food pack, coffee, and other essentials, which was a lovely surprise after a long journey. There was even a box of pool towels ready for us, something we've never had when booking other Florida villas.
Part of our group was travelling around the USA following Scotland, so two members of our party arrived at the villa while the rest of us were still in Boston. We hadn't realised we needed to register their names for the Windsor Hills gate access. As soon as we contacted Debbie's Villas, they sorted it out within seconds – and I really do mean seconds! The speed and professionalism of their team was incredible and completely took the stress out of the situation.
Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They called us before we travelled to make sure everything was in place and even contacted us after we returned home to check that everything had gone well. It's that personal touch that really sets them apart.
From the quality of the villa to the exceptional customer service, Debbie's Villas simply can't be faulted. After this experience, I honestly won't book a Florida villa with anyone else. They've gained a customer for life!

We stayed at one of Debbie’s Villas at Watersong in Davenport FL
The welcome pack on arrival was great with all the essentials meaning we did not need to go straight out to get something to eat
The communication before, during and following our stay was absolutely first class
The house was clean and had all of the facilities required to ensure we had a great stay and with a South facing pool we had the sun all day
We would definitely recommend Debbie’s villas and we look forward to booking our next stay

The villa was lovely and homely
The villa was lovely and homely. Lovely welcome pack in the kitchen as we arrived. Saved a trip to Walmart.
Dicovered there was no barbecue / locked up in the garage.
The first villa in. 20 years were a barbi is not part of the package.

We're sorry for the disappointment regarding the barbecue. Not all properties offer barbecue facilities as a standard feature, and this is reflected in the villa's description. We do, however, offer BBQ hire for guests who would like to use one during their stay.

Great villa, great company
Great villa, exactly as the pictures showed. Debbie’s villas checked in before and after the holiday to make sure we were ready and that we enjoyed the villa. We also booked car hire with them as we could not find it cheaper elsewhere and that was perfect too. We were so impressed that we have booked another villa using their company for next year as well as car hire, would definitely recommend.

An excellent company!
The whole experience from start to finish was excellent from the simple booking process to the courtesy call after the holiday. We were kept well informed every step of the way by email or telephone calls with useful information and advice. The website was very easy to use and the villa and resort itself were both very good. The customer service agents were friendly and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

The villa looked exactly like what was…
The villa looked exactly like what was described on Debbie's Villa website. It was spotless, clean and tidy. The location in a gated community with a tree lined golf course was peaceful. Yet Walmart, Winn Dixie and various eating places were a short 10-15 minute walk away. The pool was a great addition. No games room in the garage but it certainly made a great place to dry your clothes overnight. Best feature of this property was ensuite toilets/bathrooms in three of the four bedrooms. There was a fourth toilet/bathroom opposite the bedroom without an ensuite. This villa is very spacious and easily suited the six people in our party.

Great service again
Used Debbie's Villas on a number of occasions and always had excellent service. Good detailed information is provided in advance and the villas have always been representative of their descriptions, the recent trip was another perfect example. The food package service is a great touch and we find it very useful as it removes stress of having to try shopping the minute you arrive. Will definitely use them again if visiting the area.

Highly recommended
I’d highly recommend Debbie’s Villas to anyone wanting a Florida villa holiday. We’ve been to Florida 5 times now but this was the first time using an agent. We had some initial problems with our flights but the team worked tirelessly to get it resolved without costing us a fortune. The information sent just before our stay was super helpful and the villa itself was amazing. We said it’s the first villa we’ve had we’d go back to. We stayed on Veranda Palms and it was the perfect location for us. Overlooked a small lake too where we saw an alligator, turtles and numerous birds and eagles. If only the pesky local raccoon wasn’t so partial to the rubbish bins!
Overall, if you’re uncertain about whether to book with Debbie’s, I say do it. They’re great!
