Fantastic experience…
We absolutely loved our villa in Clermont. It was everything that we had hoped for and more. The description was accurate and the pictures were a true reflection of the property. Debbies Villas were excellent at communicating with us which is always reassuring. We will be returning next year if the same villa is available.

Villa exceeded our expectations and was fully equipped to meet our needs during this vacation. When we did have issues they were dealt with promptly by the local property management team to our complete satisfaction. Also the Debbie's villas team communicated with us prior to our visit and provided essential information regarding our trip and offered advice which we utilised to our benefit. Cant speak highly enough about the experience using this company from the start . The communication from the office team was great from day 1 all the way through. We booked our villa and car hire with no issues . All information given was easy to understand. Our villa had a change of owner and this disrupted our holiday dates. But debbies villas team were quick to amend this at no fault of their own and found us another villa within a few ours at our chosen criteria. Really cant say anything bad. Ive actually recommend this company already to a few friends and family, and ill be back in touch when i look to go back to the states.

Easy booking process
Easy booking process, responsive customer service team and flexible with changes. We had to downsize which came with a small fee, but they were helpful and dealt with requests promptly. The location was ideal for us. There are good local facilities nearby. The Club house is great. The size of the property is also great for larger parties and the pool was cleaned weekly. However the appliances etc did not accommodate for a larger party. There was one cooking tray which is no good when trying to cook a meal for 16 people and you do not have basic cleaning and washing resources when staying for a longer period. Eg there’s no mop for the floors or clothing horses to hang clothes for drying after washing, which have been available in other villas we have rented. When we arrived for our check in a Debbie’s Villa van was just arriving at the same time. I was mistaken for the management company and was informed of complaints from a previous person. In my view these should have been dealt with prior to our arrival and they shouldn’t have been arriving to follow up at the time we were due to check in. One of the reports was that the outside pool area needed cleaning (it did) but the person arriving looked out and just said it looked fine to them. A second was that there were not enough appliances for 16 guests. Whilst they agreed with this, they did not add anything new. Hearing the complaints of others also isn’t the best way to start your trip. There is also a slit in the fence by the pool so we woke up a few times to frogs etc in the pool. The ceiling fan in the downstairs room is also broken. The kids room with single beds was also very uncomfortable as the mattress are paper thin, so the kids got in with the adults (this was a complaint the previous person had also made which was read to us on a arrival as well)
Overall the trip was great and I would recommend Debbie’s villa’s but I would also recommend addressing the above for a 5 star experience

Great villa, great location
Great villa, probably the best we have ever rented. The company checked in with us before and after arrival to ensure all was ok. Only one very minor issue encountered during our stay, and that was swiftly resolved without any drama.
