Great customer service & villa
Great customer service with all aspects of the holiday covered and key information provided when necessary along with useful holiday advice. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Add to that a lovely villa which had everything we needed means we would definitely use Debbie’s Villas again!

Orlando Holiday in July 2026
Easy to book through the website and service fantastic.
Courtesy call before you start your holiday to ensure everything is okay, and you also received a booklet about Orlando to help plan your holiday.
Standard of Villa we had was excellent, we stayed in Champions Gate, so about 20mins drive to Disney and 40mins to Universal.
Our flight was delayed, so didn’t get into the Villa to nearly midnight, so the Welcome pack provided was great and meant we could get some coffee and breakfast before heading out to the Supermarket.
Had a small issue with the WIFI not working, but we contacted the host and he came back quickly to advise this was due to the telecom company working in the area, and this was sorted for us coming back from the parks.
We received another courtesy call after the holiday to ensure everything was okay with our stay.
Can’t fault Debbie’s Villas and would 100% use them again if we are going back to the States.

Everyone I spoke to at Debbie’s villas were so helpful in fact amazing, they took their time with us making sure we had what we needed.
We had a small issue while we were there, they responded in quick time.
Gave customer service throughout the booking process and when we returned.
The villa we took was clean and tidy just like the web site. This was our first experience with them and I will definitely go back. Their service is worth more than five stars, I would like to say a big thank you to all. We had the best time with your tips.

Booked with Debbie's villas several times & never had any problems. Very knowledgeable staff and always pleased to answer any questions you may have. All the villas have been exactly as pictured on the website. Any problems you may have in resort get sorted quickly. Recently needed a new kettle & it was delivered within the hour.

Great Villa
Great Villa! Clean, large with a lovely view of a lake.
Debbie's villas was great - sent paperwork in plenty of time for our holiday and even gave us a call the day before to make sure we had everything. No hesitation to book with them again if we decide to go to Florida again.

Great, lots of villas to choose from and good clear photos of each villa with plenty of info to be able to make a selection. Good flight options and this was the best price around for me. Booking was easy and was able to pay in installments. All info was sent to me and received a phone call before and after holiday to check everything was ok. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to book with Debbie's villas again!

Dream florida holiday
We booked out villa, flights and hire car through Devbies villas. The whole booking process was made simple on the website and a member of the team was always quick to respond to emails. The villa we stayed in was great and in a brilliant location and was just as described on Debbies villas website.
The correspondence was great and we were kept updated about flight changes with plenty of warning and it was dealt with efficiently.
The villa was as we expected with everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Pool was great and cleaned regularly.
There was plenty of shops and eateries close by to the villa and we were around 20-30 mins away from Disney parks which was perfect for us. We will definitely use Debbies Villas again in the future(Sooner rather than later if I get my way).
