Very poor service. Left carpets soaked and still dirty, I had to go back after they left to use my little vax machine to absorb as much water (and dirty water it was! see pics on Google) as I could with a home appliance when this should have been done by the “professionals”! Also quoted £120 over the phone, then once in the house they said my stairs are too dirty and need to use stronger chemicals so it will be £160! Fell for it and went ahead as I have small children and also pregnant and I just wanted my carpet freshened up before Xmas and baby arrival You have also broke my bathroom tap and walked away without telling me this!! so for this I will be reporting you to trading standard. Not to mention when u have someone in the house coming to clean for you, you would expect for their appearance to match the job they do, this was far from it, you need to work on the BO sorry to say. Also both of you were very intrusive in my house and keep looking around as if u were looking to steal things. Also in appropriate comments about family photos I had on the wall. U also talk mostly in your langauge amongst yourself, they think just because u are a white person u don’t understand other languages and have no ideea, little u don’t know about a person past! Your friend also proceeded to sit on my sofa and grab one of my children toys and looked at it suspiciously.I’m sorry but u came to my house to work not to sit on sofa uninvited. Very rude for 2 men calling themselves Muslims and with morals. Don’t use them! All Google reviews are fake. Read trust pilot reviews. Messaged them to say they broke the tap and that they need to pay for it, total denial, said it wasn’t them when I had nowone else in the house. I have sent them the quote from friend plumber with discount of how much it will cost to fix, firstly he blocked me then he had the cheeks to say it’s too expensive and he has another friend who can do it for cheaper! U will never put a foot in my house again, who do u think trusts u again? Refund for the so called “carpet cleaning” given and also for the repair of the tap but even this took some messaging and threatening with legal action and passed from manager to director etc etc, all their family pretending to be in the business. Also trading as DC carpet and upholstery Experts Ltd. Shame on u! What goes around comes around, and remember your Allah can SEE everything you do to all these innocent customers!

Do not believe a single positive review you read about these con artists.

They haven’t deep cleaned anything and now my carpets smell musty. All stains are still visible.

They did a great job, good communicators, polite, took away the coffee stains on my carpet. Lovely people and I was very happy with their work! I would call back again if needed.

They did an amazing job on my bed stains. I’m very happy and highly recommended.

3 average sized bedrooms - few marks in carpet but not significant. Told it would be £170 for “basic clean “ but if I wanted the marks to come off it would be another chemical that they had to use and that would be £300!!! They offered £260 for cash. Extortionate but went ahead as I needed them doing prior to renting out.They were there for 1 hour. One of the guys then stood over me and asked that I give a good google review to help his business- I declined . Opportunists at best. Another guy , same day who was cleaning oven said he would have done the 3 for £100 and had a £4000 top of range cleaner. Feeling ripped off …..

This company is using fake google reviews to try and catch unknowing customers.

They also use 'bait and switch' tactics to try and scam customers. DO NOT USE.

Booked then at short notice and was told a price of £90 on the phone but when they arrived they said it would be £250! When I said that was too much price eventually came down to £150 which was likely about £50 still too much. Job done ok but not brilliant and I felt patronised bordering on rude. Still waiting for a receipt and would not use again or recommend

Feel totally ripped off. Stains still showing now carpet has dried. Took days for sofa and carpet to dry. Paid a much higher price than quoted on the telephone. One chap spent most of his time on his phone. Said the scotch guard was part of the chemicals which I don’t believe. Sofa and carpet not left with a nice fresh smell as I expected. Forced to leave a review on google with the chap taking the photos himself with my phone and giving himself 5 stars. Do not recommend.

The service from DeepCleanExperts was excellent. They were quick to respond, gave me a fair price, and delivered amazing results. The carpets smell fresh and look vibrant, and the whole house feels cleaner. I will definitely use them again!

Terrible! Requested sitting room, stairs and L-shaped sofa to be cleaned. Was told over the phone minimum charge was £90. Turned up two hours after initial scheduled time. Due to work my wife had to let them in. Quoted £380. Asked why so much, they said that the state of the carpet required a ‘deep clean’. Now that our carpet has dried it is still dirtier than the patch I cleaned with a hired Rug Doctor from Asda (£27.99) 6 months ago which we covered with a rug (see photo). They took less than an hour and on completion sought to coerce my wife into completing an online review before they left. Another carpet cleaner provided a subsequent quote of £120 for the same specification.

An experience I never want to repeat.

Firstly, the website advertised £65 for a four seater sofa. We have a five seater sofa plus one middle armrest. There was cat urine on the sofa so I decided to go with the "deep clean option" quoted by 'Khan' at the start for £160. More expensive than we wished, but it needed to be done.

I asked while they were at the property if they could do two small carpets (around the furniture in place). With the deep clean option, and was quoted £70. I agreed.

After they finished I inspected it, and I was shocked that they did not hoover first, so all of the pet hair was pushed to the edges of the carpet. But it smelt better than before, and by then I just wanted my home back.

This is where it really took a turn. The man Khan got me to scan a QR code. This lead me to Google reviews for their company. He then took over my phone, took a photo of the floor and left himself a 5* review. He then said he will wait for me to pay via bank transfer. I explained I will not pay until I had the invoice. After half an hour back and forth "trying to get an invoice" I finally received one via email. Do you want to know how much? Well, you will never guess.

So the grand total was £720!!!

He would not leave my hallway until I paid it. I was a woman on my own, with two men who spoke little English demanding I pay or they will not leave. I knew if I rang 999 they would take minutes to come, and I did not want to take that risk, so I reluctantly paid it.

Sofa and floor are still soaking wet five hours later. No sign of 'steam clean' in sight.

I am so shaken up. I want the company to contact me ASAP via email or I will be going to the financial ombudsman and the police.

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT EVER use these guys. I don’t offer write bad reviews but these should be put out of business as they are a disgrace. Besides the huge cost added once on site to then reduce to still way over what we had quoted by them and a few others we decided to use them as we needed something done quickly. I left them to it; the main guy just sat in our kitchen on his phone while his young lad drenched our sofa in water and then onto our laminate floor which they put nothing down for and just said don’t worry we’ll dry it. By that point the water was all under the floor and had lifted. They came up with excuse after excuse before I asked them to leave and we wouldn’t be paying them. So now we are left with a soaking wet, no doubt not clean sofa as I can see clearly the stains that were there are still there and a wrecked floor we are now having to get sorted. I am truly happy for anyone who had a good word to say about them and had a good job, but I urgh you DO NOT USE THEM. I was also given the email address to contact and had a reply saying that I had the wrong email address as they are based in Miami. This is one shoddy corrupt company do not trust them their other reviews or the sales patter

***After numerous emails from the company I have agreed to note that payment was not made for the clean due to the ongoing issues with the clean and technicians and I refused to pay and the technician agreed***

Just moved to bedford needed my rug and carpet cleaned, I called deep clean experts they were pontual, did the job in 45min and I was first impressed but after 3 days my rug was smelly and not as cleaned as it should so I called several times, they promised they would come to wash and dry because the they used lots of water the first time. Unfortunately they never turned up and not even a call to apologise or say why they could come.
Very disappointing will never constancy them again and do not recommend

Turned up on time and were polite, but that’s the only positives. Hired to spot clean some paint out my son’s carpet, approx 3m2. Quoted £170 for a full clean and all the chemical works, or £120 for just a surface clean. After saying it was too expensive for the quoted work, their prices then dropped to £90 and £120 respectively. Agreed to the £120 as it is a relatively new carpet and wanted it clean.
Was done in 10-15 mins, and was told it would be dry within the hour, but definitely before the evening.
I opened the windows and put a fan on, and 36hours later the floor is still damp and none of the stain has been removed.

I do not believe they did an extensive clean, but rather a surface clean and then soaked the area to darken it as to hide the stain until it had fully dried.

Extremely disappointed. Will use an independent company next time that actually care about doing a decent job.

Man (juvenile) turns up 3 hours late then tries to up price already agreed I called the man who gave me the price (owner of business) then he asks to speak to the employee and immediately starts speaking in a different language that’s rude ! Then the employee says ok I’ll do it for £120 who’s the boss ? I tried to cancel but the boss insisted on coming to do the clean so I let him wish I hadn’t he hasn’t cleaned the couch at all . I have personally cleaned my couch with the same machine only difference being is when I cleaned it was totally clean ! this couch has just been soaked in water not vacuumed the water off the material Now being fed up with this person in the house I asked he for bank details so I could pay him to get rid of him he provides personal bank details not Ltd company details THATS ILLEGAL he was very reluctant to take transfer in the first place wanted cash ! For the record my husband just used our little vax to remove some of the water …. Can’t call this cleaned when this is sucked out of one arm photos updated to show what came out with this tiny little vax photo of the arm once water vaccummed out IMO these are mostly paid for reviews wish I could add photos here buyer beware phots viewable on google reviews

‘Experts’ in name only. Very surface level cleaning for £230, for which they were only round for 1 hour 50 mins.

Anything other than the basic cleaning will have these guys absolutely stumped. Had stains on my carpet and curtains which these guys could not remove, or even attempt to remove properly. They simply put some chemicals in their industrial carpet cleaner at the start and if that doesn’t work then that is it. They didn’t utilize any other sort of knowledge, equipment or product for anything stronger than general grime/dirt.

Only reason I give them 2 stars is that they were polite.

Horrible service all round.

Booking was really quick via text. I then received a text the night before they were due to arrive asking if they could come at 10:00. I explained that 10:00 was fine, but I have an important conference call at 10:30, so any later than that and I wouldn't be able to answer the door.

The cleaner rang me at around 07:30 and asked if it was ok to come at 10:00. I clarified that this was ok and reiterated the point about my conference call. He said ok.

It got to 10:15 and he hadn't arrived. I called him and he said he's 10 minutes away. I reiterated the point about not being able to let them in if they were any later. He then said (within a 20 second conversation) that he was now 5 minutes away.

I called him again at 10:29 to ask where he was. He then flew into my street and parked on the drive.

I showed them which room needed doing and was quoted £150 for just the carpet. This is partly my fault as I didn't get a price beforehand. I said it was too much and I'd just leave it. They then asked if they could do £180 and do the chairs as well. I accepted rather than go through the hassle of finding someone else.

One of them treated me like I was an idiot over a point about the water.

Overall - Horrendous service, terrible customer service. I got the impression that they'd say literally anything just to get the money.

Oh, and my carpets are barely any cleaner than before.

Brilliant job so friendly and professional came out within 10 minutes, got a puppy recently who’s had many accidents on my carpet so really good job removing all smells and stains! Thanks again. Will be recommending to anyone who needs.
