Absolutely fantastic services

Don’t trust them. Was quoted minimun £120 over the phone for two rugs. Two technicians arrived in less than 2 hours and I was pleased. One of them quoted £120 for standard cleaning and £250 for deep cleaning ( that includes sanitising). He insisted so much on the deep cleaning and finally reduced the quote to £150 and I agreed. They cleaned very quickly, in a rush - 20 min and they were done. The second day when the rugs have dried I could see clearly the same marks in the same places and the smell was horrible. So they didn’t deliver what they promised. I don’t think they sanitised anything. They didn’t even do a standard cleaning- I could do better with a rented machine but didn’t have the time. I’ve called and complained and they said I’ll get half of the money back. Initially they didn’t even want to admit that they came to my house, simply denying! Disgusting. I didn’t get any refund back and it’s been nearly 2 months since then. They just lie from the beginning to the end. Please don’t let them rip you off

They came to remove a coffee stain from a virtually brand new carpet.
When their process dried out it was obvious that the stain had not been fully removed.
I contacted them numerous times and initially they said they would return to do it, they never came and stopped corresponding with me.
I read some other reviews (not on Trustpilot) before I called them out which seemed very good - a well established company......

Dodgy company, I asked for a price upfront, they advised an approximate price. Arrived and quoted 3x as much, complete rip off but they prey on the fact that you’ve moved your furniture and taken the day off. I felt uncomfortable in my own home and pressurised. Agreed to meet half way on price. They did the job quickly. At the end they tried to add VAT on when they aren’t VAT reg. Google reviews must be fake. AVOID

Scammers. Showed up 1.5 hours late, stayed for 45, left quickly with job not done. Blocked on whatsapp when asked to finish the job and refused any kind of refund. Laughed at and mocked over the phone

Clearly very dodgy judging from the fake reviews on Google. Charged extra for deep clean but the carpet doesn’t seem any cleaner only very wet. Then attempted to add on VAT at the last minute after we had already agreed a price. Be very careful

I should have read the reviews more carefully. My carpet was left damp for a couple of days after they cleaned it (the nursery even smelt damp!) so I had to keep the heating on full plus an electric heater to dry them out. I’m not convinced that the rug is any cleaner at all but they said that they don’t get the dirt out, just the dust. Not a very friendly service either. Wanted to charge £650 to clean all the carpets and a rug but I negotiated down to £500.

Reviews on google must be fake, was quoted £120 minimum over the phone, I asked to send photos of the sofa to get a more accurate price but they said no need it will be £120. The cleaner came round and tried to charge me £450, got him down to £220 but he literally spent 1 hour vacuuming my sofa, leaving a lot of marks and stains. Not 80-90% clean like promised, because of this I was not willing to pay £220 but it was incredibly difficult to bring the price down further, the guy on the phone who I am assuming is the owner was very rude. The whole ordeal brought me to tears over the frustration of the situation and feeling completely taken advantage of, only then did they agree for me to pay £120 which in my opinion is still incredibly overpriced for 1 hours work for not even cleaning a sofa properly.

I paid for a sofa cleaning service and the sofa came out worse and they ruined my £2,500 sofa. Do not fall for the fake paid for reviews on Google either. They came twice and both services were awful & unacceptable. Do not be conned by these con artists. Avoid avoid. Tried to reason with the guy and show him photos of how they have clearly ruined the sofa but he is not interested and then just avoided calls & texts
