I don’t really understand the negative reviews that were left as i have booked with them twice now and haven’t experienced an inch of anything mentioned in the other reviews, at most they have come 10 minutes late which hadn’t bothered me as it wasn’t concerning but here are my thoughts on this company (this isn’t a fake review btw i am legit😂)
I couldn’t be more impressed with Deep Clean Express! The two gentlemen who came to clean my carpets were absolute professionals from start to finish. They arrived on time, were incredibly friendly, and explained the entire process before getting started.
The results were nothing short of amazing! Stains I thought were permanent disappeared, and my carpets look and smell brand new. They worked quickly but didn’t cut any corners, paying attention to every detail. It’s clear these guys take pride in their work.
The pricing was fair, and the level of service was worth every penny. If you’re looking for reliable, hardworking professionals to bring your carpets back to life, look no further than Deep Clean Express. Highly recommend!

I’ve booked them yesterday for 3pm carpet cleaning. I got a call from a cleaner at 2:30pm saying he’s on another job in Birmingham and he will only be at mine at 5pm. I declined the service since I was not going to be home at 5pm anymore. Ive texted the cleaner that I don’t want the service any longer. I then had two desperate unwanted phone calls despite having cancelled the job. Very pushy attitude.

Then the best thing last, they actually texted me at night 0:36am now telling me it was a van breaking down. Then they kept pushing their services even tho I’ve clearly declined them.

This company doesn’t respect customer time and customer clear request to LEAVE THEM ALONE. I would not be safe to let them into my house.

Shocking behaviour never been harassed by any company or tradesman this way.

Booked Deep Clean Experts Ltd at short notice. They arrived on time and did an outstanding job, magically transforming an old tired, soiled carpet into something almost new. A little pricey but worth every penny. Would recommend.

I was given an estimate of £120.00 totally unimpressed when was advised it would be £250. I knew it might be more but not this much. Carpets soaked the mess left on the walls and skirting boards is unreal. Need to get the cleaners in and spend more money. Not happy.

Han and his colleague arrived on time as arranged and were friendly, professional and efficent. They were here for two hours cleaning the carpets in our four bedrooms, lounge, hallway, stairs and study and the cost was fair considering we opted for the premium deep clean.
We were happy with the job and am happy to recommend them.

I arranged for this company to clean a bedroom carpet and small rug . The bedroom carpet and rug wasn’t that bad , no stains and only needed a freshen up . I cleared all of the bedroom to make it easy for these people to work around and put all the furniture outside as it was a nice day . These muppets arrived 2 hours late in a car . The guy gave me all the sales and technical talk . He quoted £200 . I told him not to bother as I could buy a new carpet for that . He then said he would talk to his boss on the phone and try to get a cheaper price . I told him not to bother and leave . What an absolute cowboy outfit these people are . I called another company that came out the same day , they did a fantastic job and I was charged £70 which is what I expected. Avoid these muppets at all cost , just a bunch sharks scamming people and probably succeeding with vulnerable people .

If this is deep clean experts ltd they are absolute rubbish . They quoted me £120 and when they arrived and had a look it was £250. They left cushions on the floor outside. Settee wet and carpet still smells. They then waited outside till I paid. I then told them I’m not paying until I have an invoice. Not heard anything back yet but will not be paying £250

Avoid at all costs. These people explain a good service when they arrive. I was quoted a price of £150 over the phone but when they arrived he stated that a pre wash would need to be done so the price would now be £200. I agreed, all I asked is for £200 I wanted a good job doing. They were here for only one hour and two members of staff were here. They stated only one stain had become difficult to remove but to leave the cushions outside to dry where he had placed them. After he left we checked the cushions over and they were still as dirty as when they had arrived. I believe he told me not to touch them so we wouldn’t see what a poor job they had done. He told me the chemicals that he had in the van to remove the stains had not worked so unfortunately we would have to live with them. After he had left we inspected the settee, we was so unhappy with the results we decided to remove the cushions and wash them in our washing machine, all the stains which he was unable to remove had gone. What a waste of money. These people are claiming they are upholstery cleaners when they are not, it makes my blood boil people can get away with this. Please do not book this company in to do work they do a rubbish job charge the earth and do not deserve the work they get.

The worst experience we had.
He charged us 280 for spending 2 hours doing nothing.
He pretended that he was working but we have checked the carpet, so many spots was dry and still dirty.
Not even deserve one star .

The worst experience I've had. I was told initially that for 2 bedrooms there will be a minimum of £120 but they will send someone to see the carpet condition and size before giving a final price. Upon arrival they said 240 for deep clean with 5 chemicals including sanitising. The flat was flooded so I really needed the best solution. They didn't even try to do the demonstration they said they will but because I was busy I didn't considered it necesary as I was planning to have the carpet cleaned as fast as possible. They came 2 days later to do the job. I smelled shampoo in the air so I thought they had everything inside the tank. It felt strange that they did 2 bedrooms in under 30 minutes. After it dried, it was still the same as before, the same fooding smell. I contacted to ask what chemicals did they used as my carpets still stinked and they just apologised and said they will send the team back to rectify the situation and then ignored all my following emails when I was trying to make an appointment.
Avoid at all cost!!!

I booked these a few weeks in advance. Then they called 45 minutes before the time and said that the guy was ill, then not long after someone else called and said they were having vehicle problems.

Great results and was able to get the stains out of the carpet and sofa. Lovely customer service

Just had my carpets cleaned only a couple of years old but still changed colour and came out looking new. Very good and professional service.

Loved the service. They are so professional in their work and finally my house now feels very tidy. Recommended!!!
