Rude staff - I am unsure if the staff are still employed there but the manager was very aggressive when an issue was brought to their attention with shoes I purchased (King's Lynn).

Very quick and easy process online and arrived very promptly at the store ready for collection. Assistant very helpful in store.

Was very happy with how fast the service was . Lovely service by young man on till in the woodgreen store once again.

A brilliant service all round.

Ordered my trainers online.Let me know when they were delivered to the store and then the store sent me an email.mail, saying they were ready to pick up.No problems.

Went in town center luton picked pair of trainers 50% off came to till price came up full the manager refused to sell saying wrong price when on website same price 50% off. Rubbish manager wont be spending my money there where all section web states its 50% but she refused to acknowledge.!!!

The fabric has cracked and the front of the sole is coming off ,this was just normal countryside walking . Very disappointed as they were nice comfy boots , update : I acted on the reply and had no problem getting my money back the staff were lovely Thankyou

I've bought quite a few pairs of trainers online from Deichmann over the past few months. I do buy branded trainers, but am not a brand snob, and will buy whatever I think looks nice. Every pair I have bought have been true to size, and look, and are,of excellent quality. Always have been comfortable too. Some have been full price and some sale price. I think a lot of their product styles are nicer than the big name brands. I would normally use collect in-store for most places I order from, but for Diechmann it would cost me more in travel fare to get to my nearest store. Also, delivery is really fast.

Bought a pair of boots in the Chelmsford branch today. On the shoe box the pricing label said £34.99 and it was the correct shoe no miss labelling but when at the till they scanned at £39.99, the retail worker said there was nothing she could do and we had to pay £39.99 even though it was clearly false advertising to me the customer. I am a retail assistant myself and sympathise as i have scenarios like this happen too. HOWEVER in my place of work the price the customer sees is the price they pay even if it scans up differently on the tills because the till price is not what the customer was advertised and expecting to pay. So in my opinion this situation was handled very unfairly and completely wrong.

Got a pair of Landrover boots on line for a great price. I do a lot of walking with my dogs and these are perfect. Friendly staff greeted me on arrival at the Dundee shop and I got my purchase and left within 5 minutes.

overall the shoes are made badly i have had to replace new shoes for all 3 children after 6 weeks of wearing them to school the same happened last year.

Good website and huge selection of shoes to choose from. Very easy to place order with fast delivery & also straightforward process to return an item for refund

Today I visit Deichmann and Hajira give me really great service she helped me to find my shoes size and all time she keeps smile on her face I will definitely recommend her

I was looking for some outdoor flat boots, as I have a foot injury & need something with good grips. We were served by Andriana, she gave us space to have a look around and find something suitable and when we asked about other ways to make the boot we choose more comfortable, she was very helpful and friendly. We saw her serve some other customers (whilst we are were looking) and was insightful and helpful & friendly with them too. Would recomend the branch and the assistant, we will return.

I was looking for a chunk platform shoes and decide to go to Deichmann offline store, I found the shoes I need but the size wasn't there. The staff was nicely assist me and recommend me to order it online and they will sent it to my home, approximately 3-5 days so it would be around friday by next week.

I made the purchase and paid in their store (October 19) and came with the invoice. In the evening, the same day, I received the tracking number. The shoes arrived in my place on October 22, everything in a good condition. They also give the printed instruction and slip how to return the product in their box.

Completely happy with my first purchase in Deichmann, thanks!
