Its looks like scam I have paid the amount for consultation on last Saturday but till now I heard nothing from this site I am waiting for Dr to diagnose the disease it's getting worse

forget waiting days/weeks to see your GP who probably is not properly qualified to determine the skin issue. this site contains the solutions that you are looking for.

GPs get very little Derm training in the UK - and Derm is very very difficult because there is NOTHING TO MEASURE OR TEST - you either know what you are dealing with or you have no idea - that is why you need an expert to help out - we are here for you 24/7 - thanks for the words and good review - regards

Dear Sue - I have checked your report on the system - the reason you have "not had" your consultation is that you have not followed the correct confidentiality pathway for private medical reports - it is clearly stated everywhere on the website that you DO NOT receive an email report from us (which lack confidentiality) you have to log back into the system and download your report -using your own password your case was sent in to us at 16:19 on Dec 4 - your management plan was loaded onto your private portal for your attention at 09:05 the next day Dec 5 and has been there since that time - less than 24 hours after your payment - best regards

Maybe I’m naive to the world we live in…
Maybe I’m naive to the world we live in nowadays or maybe I expected too much but I paid £95 on Saturday after a year of constant back and forth with NHS about a cyst on my face. I receive an email back today which told me to try book into Alexandra Hospital and terminology used stated “it looks funny” I just expected so much more than to be told what I already knew. I could have just booked an appointment privately and saved my self the £100 but we live and learn. The secretary I spoke to was understanding and explained but extremely dissatisfied and feels like wasted a lot of money to be told absolutely nothing new.

I am genuinely sorry that you thought you could get more from sending in a photo and your history (without seeing someone for an actual physical examination of a potentially complicated problem) - yes we can only go so far with an online consultation at £95 (approximately 30% of the cost of an actual consultation privately ) - your history and the anatomical location of your problem were such that I offered to see you myself but that I advised specialist surgical assessment (by a chosen and trusted colleague in this specialised area) and I stand by that management plan - I advised a consultation at a hospital and with a specific surgical expert who in my opinion would give you the best surgical opinion - that piece of advice is very specialised - knowing exactly who to see for a potentially complicated problem - I think that is very reasonable - I myself stated this "I myself do a lot of surgery, but this looks a bit funny" - I prefer to speak in plain understandable English with my patients rather than complicated medical language and I think that is reasonable - I understand someone else may take a different view on the style of language - once again sorry if you were expecting something else - best regards

I wanted to bypass the ridiculously long nhs waiting list for my husband.
It was a seamless process, informed at every stage and quick turnaround.
We thought the report was very clear . We could have decided to get the GP to generate the prescription but we chose to pay for the medication to be dispensed by the pharmacy attached to the website; it was delivered within two or three days. We both think it was good value and wouldn't hesitate to use it again. Thank you

Awful looks like AI is doing your consultation. I have a daughter with really bad eczma and multiple GP visits so thought give this guy a shot but he literally prescribed me the same cream as gp which i mentioned in my consultation notes!!! And also charged me 75£ and 45£ for what i got from gp free absolutly disgusting

Sorry for the delay in replying - I have reviewed your case and my report sent to you - I confirm that I personally prepared your report consisting of 1336 words tailored to the medical condition presented with a few additional paragraphs at the top and the bottom containing generic information. Yes I did repeat one single cream which you had previously been prescribed (there are only a very small number suitable for younger patients) along with a whole host of additional management tips / online sources of help and information / advice about bathing / emollient therapy / diet / and another equally important cream variation - my charge is £95 not £75 as you mentioned - I do not charge anything for the prescription advice given - I presume the £45 you mention was the pharmacy charge because you chose to use the private prescription facility rather than asking the GP to help with NHS prescriptions - I am truly sorry you thought we were an "AI" facility - we certainly are not - best regards
Wrong diagnosis
I posted a picture of a rash I experienced on my face. A day later they told me it was acne and gave me treatments for acne. My dad insisted on calling a doctor and turns out I have shingles, and throwing things on for acne did absolutely nothing. Now I am experiencing a lot of pain and I am not sure if we started with antiviral in time. I just wasted 60 euros on a diagnosis which was wrong.
