I ordered SkinMedica HA5 Hydra Collagen Hydrator and didn’t open it until a few weeks after delivery, as I was still using my old product. Upon using it, I noticed a very unpleasant smell and developed a rash around my eyes. I tested the product at a reputable store, and it smelled completely different from the one I received from Dermavenue. When I contacted customer service for an exchange, they refused to assist me. I’m concerned about the possibility of an infection from an expired product they sold.

Ordered 3 March. 16 days ago today!!!! Still hasn’t shipped. Lots of excuses about delays in product shipping to their company. Apologies etc don’t get me my order!!!

Dermavenue adds mandatory "shipping protection" (roughly $5) to every order, which should be optional and not mandatory - this is not legal (certainly not in CA). Additionally, customers do not need shipping protection to be able to return damaged or defective products for a full refund. Shipping protection literally only protects customers if your package disappears after it is delivered.

I absolutely love shopping at Dermavenue! They carry all the skincare brands I adore, always send thoughtful gifts with my orders, and the prices are fantastic. It’s my to to place for keeping my skin glowing! 💖

Beware of buying anything on this website on subscription - they lock you in and deliberately deceive you by hiding vital information in the small print.
1. They will never remind you or inform you about your upcoming subscription orders (despite sending daily spam emails)
2. Once the money is taken of your account (even if you email minutes after receiving the order number confirmation) they will tell you that it's already been shipped and there's nothing they can do about it. Ironically, their shipping takes absolute ages - I waited 2 weeks for my last order.
3. You will not be able to cancel your subscription without paying a cancellation fee (I've just been told that I need to pay close to $50 to cancel my subscriptions).
I've decided to swallow hard and pay the $50 just so I never have to deal with these scammers again.

I’ve had no issues ordering Neocutis products from Dermavenue. They are listed as a legitimate seller on the Neocutis website.

Shipped the same day I placed my order. Arrived 2 days later perfected condition, authentic product. I was a little worried after reading some reviews, but I will definitely order from again

I was sent 2 incorrect items, and they refused to exchange them. I will never buy from them again.

Super sketchy. I used them for years and was happy. All of a sudden, I received the same product. I’ve been using for years in a totally different packaging. I did my research to see if Jan Marini changed the packaging and they haven’t. You can’t get a refund with this company, only store credit, but there’s no point in getting store credit if it’s fake. And suddenly there’s no way to contact them anymore. They used to have a phone number you could call. I talked to somebody before who definitely sounded like they were out of California. I feel like I’m dealing with a completely different company all of a sudden. It’s so strange.

They're based out of China, don't bother. Your mailout is sent from whatever distributer. Good luck with your refund

Ordered Skin Medica TNS advanced+ serum, buy 2, get 1 free for $600.00.
This stuff isn't cheap so I tested the dispensers upon receipt. 2 of 3 did not dispense anything from the lotion side until 6-8 pumps later. Only the clear serum came out thus wasting 6-8 pumps of the clear serum. The white top does not sit straight on the bottle. Possibly the contributing factor? While I may have paid less, I ended up with less product.
They refund you only if product is in original package. Well, obviously I had to open it to know it wasn't working.
The shipping was fast and the order was accurate.

I ordered product and on January 8 got an email saying it has shipped. When I check tracking it shows a label was created January 8 but no other updates. I tried emailing twice and got no response. Also tried calling and got a "no one is available" message.

Waste of money and the fact that they don't do refunds means they don't stand behind their product. Buyer beware!

First complaint- impossible to get someone to talk to.
I ordered TNS and when i opened it I realized that it wasn't dispensing correctly-one side of the cream wasn't coming out. I heard from another company that they had received a bad batch of TNS . They would not exchange it for me because it was past the 30 day time .period. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.

I have purchased from DermAvenue online on three occasions. They have the absolute best deal on TNS Advanced Serum - three for the price of two. When I had an issue with one of my orders, I emailed customer service who immediately sent me free shipping return label. I sent in the product with a defective pump, and DermAvenue replaced it with a brand new bottle. I am very happy with this company and hope others can experience the great deals and excellent customer service like I did.

I just placed my first order for Neocutis products and received my items very quickly (2 days). I did pay for VIP shipping. I will open my products this evening and am very excited. I've read the negative comments pertaining to Neocutis Journee (previously named Micro Day). This product was reformulated to no longer include chemicle suncreens. I've used Journee for over a year and it is a wonderful moisturizer with a mineral base sunscreen. Additionally, I've read negative comments about Dermavenue not being an authorized retailer for Neocutis. Dermavenue is clearly listed on the Neocutis website as an authorized retailer. This is my first time ordering Neocutis products from Dermavenue. I did have an issue with a discount code not working. The Dermavenue customer support via chat was superior. Gustavo was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He sent me an invoice for the Neocutis product and included the discount. I am very pleased with their customer service. I've also read comments about malfunctioning pumps on Neocutics products. I use to purchase all my Neocutis products from my physician's office. I had to return 3 products because the pump didn't work. I've also had to return 2 Neocutis products because the chrome coating started flaking off and getting everywhere. This is not Dermavenue's problem. This is a Merz Aesthetics/Neocutis proplem. I've dealt with both Merz Aesthetics and Neocutis customer services. Dermavenue has both beat by a long shot. I did not have positive experiences with customer service representatives at Merz Aesthetics nor at Neocutis. Let me end this review on a positive note. Neocutis products are amazing. They work and are the best I've used and I'm in my mid 50s. Yes, Neocutis is expensive but in my opintion, they are worth the cost. I just love Neocutis skin care.

I had been ordering Neocutis from Dermavenue for several years. Recently the day moisturizer has dramatically changed. While it use to be rather thin and easy to apply, it is now thick and stains your clothes. I called the Neocutis company and they do not recognize Dermavenue as a recognized distributor. As their products counterfeit? I don't know but the products have changed.

I love this company. 56 years old living in the Florida Sun. I found DermAvenue two years ago. I am over the moon, excited and so thankful to this company. They have great specials, gifts, and customer service is incredible. They have been nothing but professional and fulfilled all my orders, and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you thank you thank you.
