Problem solved.
Sent them my watch for warranty repair. They gave me the address to send it to. They said itll take 5-10 days. Tracking shows that the watch was picked up and signed for by them. I asked them where is my watch, they said that it was sent to the return address snd they are waiting.
Update: received a new watch. But if you are sending it to them for repair under warranty, make sure you call them. Do NOT use the live chat with John.
