Purchased a pair of shortalls size small and freaking loved them. For my second purchase I ordered a pair of high waisted shorts size small. I selected a small after checking my measurements with their sizing guide in addition to the fact that the shortalls are small and fit perfect. So I was pretty bummed when the legs were snug. So I reached out to customer service. They replied very quickly and asked for my measurements. Upon remeasuring I realized that I had made a mistake and should have ordered a medium. To my surprise, devilwalking was extremely accommodating and offered me two options for a remedy. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this company will remain a forever loyal customer.

The shipment tracking was not providing accurate notifications (saying package was "delivered" when it was not). However, I blame that on the courier. When I gave it an extra couple of days and it didn't show up, I emailed Devil Walking. DW (Mel) got back to me within 6 hrs! Mel was attentive and prompt with responses. Before she initially emailed me, she had already reached out to the courier to inquire about my package--Mel was awesome and was keen to help. Before we had to take any actions, my package did eventually showed up at my doorstep. The quality of the outfits were great! You do have to read the outfit description carefully to know what an order will and will not include (not all outfits come as a set). Also, make sure to take measurements and ensure you order the correct size. I'm a short person and tend to have items always a little too long/big, but I took my measurements and the outfits are true to size--super relieved and really satisfied! If you're between sizes, I recommend going up a size as the outfits do fit snug to the body.

I purchased the “EMERALD SKELETON BOOTY SHORTS SET” and it was only the shorts. The word set is literally in the name and all of the pictures are of an entire costume. I paid for expedited shipping since I needed it for an event and was pretty disappointed when only one part of the costume arrived.

They charge $19 for returns as well. It’s barely worth returning.

Excellent customer service. Chose expedited shipping but they went above and beyond to make sure my order was bumped to front of the line to arrive in time for event!

Their customer service is amazing. I accidentally put the wrong address in and emailed the customer service line and they fixed it for me and sent it to me within 2 weeks!

I reside and USA. I made a purchase online. I didn’t realize that I was purchasing from outside the USA. I realized this after reaching out via email to find out the status of my order as I needed this for an event.
I received a reply very promptly from Mel. Throughout the correspondence and dialogue there was never any concern on my part and I felt much better about my order due to promptly replies from the company (Mel)
I received my items and wow!!!! I love it and will order again when I need a fun costume. Great quality and vibrant colors.

The product is amazing! The quality is excellent and it's very comfortable. It took a little over two weeks from the time I placed my order to when it was delivered. I reached out to customer service when I hadn't received an update on the status of my order after 10 days and they responded within 24 hours and upgraded my order to express shipping. I do unfortunately have to return it (I just don't need it anymore), but customer service was again super responsive, and the process has been pretty straightforward so far. I would recommend this company.

Love my outfit! I had an issue waiting roughly 10 days after ordering and hadn’t gotten a shipped confirmation yet, I reached out to check on it and was met with a response and solution within the 24 hours! There was an issue with the print so it had to be remade to order and they sent it with express shipping since there was such a wait (I had standard shipping originally) now thankfully I received it just in time for my show! I went with a larger size, probably could’ve gone one size smaller but that’s on me and my judgement, still super comfortable and love the fabric and style. It’s pricey but you also get what you pay for and I’d rather have quality over quantity. I cant wait to show it off! Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Ordered express shipping, it arrived a day before it was meant to which was awesome. I live in australia and it surprisingly only took 1,5 weeks to get here. The outfits are amazing.the size guide is very helpful.I got a full body suit, I am heavier in the legs and have small boobs so wasn’t sure what size to go, but went with my hip size, which turned out to be a good call. The material is quite stretchy but I would advise to get a size that is just bigger then you are rather then smaller.
The colours of the outfits are exactly how they are advertised.
One con is that the fabric is not at all breathable and will make you sweat like crazy, but I guess thats the price of you pay to look amazing.
I can’t wait to wear them to my next festival!

Poor customer service, poor advice on sizing - I was advised to go up a size and the leggings turned out to be way toooooo big and baggy and would have fallen down, yet it became my problem to resolve and I am the one out of pocket. I agree with other comments about a lack of response, they I can see they advise 24 hours to reply, however in my experience this is not the case. The designs are fab but the quality of the produce for what you pay is not!! I would personally not shop with DW again for these reasons!

I absolutely love Devilwalking! Their outfits are so unique & I have had many compliments about the purple skeleton UV skeleton flared pants and rave outfit! The quality is top notch but I would say are rather expensive but I consider each piece to be an investment. The returns procedure was difficult for me to follow on one item but I am a techphobe & dyslexic so that could have been just me. I say go for it though as they are walking pieces of art! Sophia
