Customer service and support is unrivaled, Mel was such a sweetheart and she helped me get my order in less than 48hrs! I ordered a set Monday evening and it arrived Wednesday morning, absolutely fantastic! Plus it looks soooo good and fits like a glove! Can't wait to put it to good use. Huge thanks again to Mel!

I’ve had clothing from devil walking in the past and all tho it’s expensive been happy with purchases.I’ve recently ordered another item and ordered wrong size, I’ve gone through the correct procedure nd filled a form out to request a return label, I’ve done this 3 times now with no response back.I’m very disappointed with the after sales as the order was over £50 with delivery and to make it worse reordered the right size when the original item was too big.

I ordered from Devil Walking a few times through their website as well as through etsy. Sometimes I had to remind them of sending out my order, but they gave me a free shipping upgrade to express shipping as a compensation and the customer service has always been very friendly. Once I needed a costume in time for a festival, and after emailing them they did their best to get it shipped in time, splitting the order without extra cost.
After my last order I contacted them via email through the website, asking about a custom order. The customer service was very helpful and took care to understand exactly what I want. In the end it was unfortunately not possible, but they patiently explained to me why (the kind of garment I wanted was just not similar enough to what they offer at the moment), what I could get instead, and that they might do a design like that in the future.
All the clothing I got from them is of very good quality, the prints look awesome and the material is very comfortable.
So this shop is definitely not a scam, they might sometimes be a bit slow with shipping, but if you contact them, they do their best to help.

I paid 12.99 for Express Shipping, the item was to be shipped 1-4 business days. 5 business days later it still was not shipped and they were only prompted to ship due to me contacting them. I requested a refund of express shipping costs as I didn't receive the service, they refunded 6.99, not 12.99.

Awful company to deal with, save your money. I will say the material of the jumpsuit is actually decent but they sent me one with a zipper that wasn’t securely fastened and it popped off the material and when I sent it back said it was my fault and are keeping my money and the jumpsuit.

Ordered an outfit with express shipping which states (1-4 days) ordered 7 days ago and the order still hasn't shipped. Reached out to them, which you can only submit and email, no phone number to contact. Seems like a scam and it's already too late for my event to get something else. I am definitely not paying for the $12.99 express delivery for this BS even if it ever does arrive.

I ordered some clothing on March 19. Realized I needed to cancel one of the items as I’d meant to order the full set not one item.

Multiple emails including messaging on their Instagram and no reply. Actually I got a reply on their Instagram and then nothing and it’sa week later.

I’m certain it’s a scam company so I’m initiating a chargeback with my credit card. Don’t order from these scammers.
