Cel mai mizerabil serviciu de posta, personal nepregătit si foarte recalcitranți in apeluri telefonice !!! O mizerie !!!!

From Germany to Romania from 17.06 - 04.07 for the most average parcel. I guess there is nothing more to say. The quality of the service is low. Really low

Every time they are late with the delivery even I pay express delivery so I receive the message for delivery and then they are late with two or three days or they’re telling me : you have been contacted and then put the package in the locker without contacting me !!! so is the last time I use the DHL Bad service ( about 10 times )

Even one star is too much for DHL Romania. From UAE to Romania it took only 1 day for my parcel to arrive. Since 5 days ago my shipment is stuck because DHL Romania did not bother to do the custom papers. They are constantly blaming the custom for the delay but when I checked it is DHL representative who must fill in the papers. The custom inspector cannot provide clearance if the papers are not done. So DHL Romania is not only inconsiderate and lazy, they are also liars. Avoid them forever

Din mare fan DHL ma fac cel mai mare hater ... fi-v-ar compania de ras. Cum pentru o factura cu 2.10 usd diferenta sa astept 5 zile sa primeasca un raspuns din China, ati trimis dosar cu sina pe un porumbel voiajor, nu stiu ce fumati sincer dar temu , ali si alte comp livrează in 7 zile in RO .. fara atata bataie de cap in schimb eu dau cateva mii usd la dhl ca sa fim corecti fiscal si ma impiedic de un kkt de birocratie. Nu mai zic ca toate bunurile liber de vama se fac vinerea.... sa mai treaca 4-5 zile pana la livrare.

DHL Romania very Bad service, I paid express delivery urgently for a pair of shoes from London to Bucharest, very high price and in Bucharest is blocked through customs and waiting for delivery all weekend since Thursday….no respect for customers….

Niște mizerii, care nu au număr de contact, care nu aduc coletele când trebuie, și care mint că nu au găsit acasă proprietarul ca să livreze coletul!!!!

Es para DHL Romania. Mala experiencia, mal trato de parte de una operadora, no sabía darme soluciones, ni explicaciones, lo peor que me ha pasado. Llevo dos días esperando que entreguen un sobre y siempre el repartidor llega después de la hora de cierre. Tenían una indicación de parte de DHL España, pero ni caso. Para sacarse del lío culparon a los de España. Venga ya. Ellos han dado la cara y han hecho un tercer intento a ver si en el transcurso del día de mañana los de dhl romania cumplan su trabajo.

Sunt de departe cea mai incompetentă firmă de curierat. Aștepți cu săptămânile să primești un colet amărât de 2 lei. Zece mii de proceduri, fiecare durează minim 24 de ore. Dă-ne doamne altă firmă de curierat.

Sa nu comandati nimic prin DHL din spatiul extra comunitar

Parcel arrived in Bucharest with customs info prefilled by me and full rights for DHL to hand over the customs process - as they said this would be faster without any delays. It took one day, Monday, to get customs clearance and next day, Tuesday, should've been delivered to me. When I called in Tuesday due to lack of updates they said that although the package was cleared by customs, they were missing the paperwork from customs (???). When I called them later they said the package will be delivered the next day, Wednesday, instead. They hadn't even picked it up from customs so I couldn't get it myself. 0 proactive communication and seems like made up excuses to me. This is just lazy for a seemingly premium service.

Cei mai mai nesimțiți mă refer la cei din birouri!

O stea este mult . Este mult sub alte firme lowcost de transport ! Vorbesc frumos la telefon , raspund repede , dar rezolvare = zero ! Degeaba suni si dai detalii ...platesti 50 euro pt un plic din Germania in Romania si dupa 5 zile inca nu a ajuns ???

Dhl Romania servicii tot mai proaste, personal nepregatit si lipsa totala de comunicare.

Un colet din America a ajuns în 5 zile și voi nu ați fost în stare într-o lună de zile să îl livrați!?
Penibil!!!

I do not recommend this company. I have delivered a medicine package Romania - Salalah , Oman from Nov 14th and we are on Nov 21st and the package din not arrived to destination - a vessel coming into port for one day , even if the package arrived in Salalah from Nov 20th.. explanation they are on holiday till 24th and they do not care that the client lost the medicine...
We pay so much amount for express delivery and they are worst than any other delivery company , including post office .
Very bad experience..
Meantime, a person will remain without medicine becose of those DHL birocracy.
I pray nothing negative will happened otherwise they must respond why they lie the costumers they provide fast delivery.
I hope the people to read my review and avoid to use this company services.
