Worst customer experience ever!
Customer support treat you like crap, shipment takes 1 day to reach the country of destination and then you wait forever for the local DHL department to even start the custom process.
They take days to answer your emails but demand that you answer them immediately.
Even after you pay the taxes, they still take forever to deliver your products.
Avoid at all costs if you have time-sensitive shipments from outside the EU!

We have a package in the customs clearance process for a month. We complained to DHL and received apologies and promises, but the parcel is still in the customs clearance process. We will never work with DHL again. Worst quality services.

DHL Moldova e cel mai oribil serviciu de curierat din țară. Ei nu știu a comunica cu clientul.
Ar trebui să stai toată ziua acasă ca să recepționezi un cct de colet. Și dacă cumva pe 10 minute ai ieșit de acasă, curierul se duce și nu mai vine. Când îi suni la call centru, ți se spune „să nu ne înveți cum să facem noi afacerea”. Nu aș lucra cu ei, nici dacă mi-ar livra produsele degeaba.

Am trimis un pachet din Marea Britanie în România, am plătit vreo £40 pentru livrare a doua zi, după o lună de așteptat pachetul se livrează, dar trebuie sa mai plătesc încă 505 RON! 🤯

I sent a package from Great Britain to Romania, I paid about £40 for next day delivery, after a month of waiting the package is delivered, but I have to pay another 505 RON! 🤯

They "try" to deliver a package and never call and you don't know an interval when the package should arrive. You have to reschedule and wait more time...

Awful service. Especially, their Customs services. It takes more time then delivery. Any other delivery company takes a day in customs in Romania but DHL takes 10 days if u r lucky. I visited their warehouse to pick up my packages myself. I thought they were busy but i was astonished to see that Workers were just hanging out doing no work. They are unprofessional, rude and incomptent.

Cea mai proastă experiență avută cu o firmă de curierat, mai ales că ai așteptări când auzi de DHL. Prima și ultima dată când am apelat la ei. Nu mergeți la pomul lăudat de alții, cercetați voi înșivă ce și cum. Taxe mari, livrare cu întârziere.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Incredibly incompetent. Unbelievable filling out process. Even though I speak Romanian, their website and the filling out of documents is from another planet, with names and acronyms that make it impossible to understand what it is that is needed. I think this deliberately obscures most procedures so that they can charge their percentage on customs fees that they incorrectly categorize through their “representation”. My package needed to be categorized under temporary export and thus not subject to TVA fees. Stay away.

Daca se putea da -1 era bine. Evitati DHL. Cere multe acte, vama etc, si te costa transportul de te rupe. EVITA DHL!!!

HORRIBLE! They ask for an infinite amount of useless documents just so they can delay your shipping. Absolutely rubbish company, never contact!

Eu am avut o experiența foarta buna cu ei, am putut urmări comanda si ajuns la timpul precizat, am trimis direct cu ei, nu prin alte firme de curierat care au fost preluate de ei. Daca doriti sa integrati alt sistem de curier pe site-ul vostru wordpress, va pot ajuta.

Horror, this company is inventing fee and taxes and vat. For 197eu they asked me 71eu.

Worst experience I've ever had with absolutely any shipping service. Every document that was asked of me (which was an absolute unnecessary amount) was sent to them in a matter of 1-2 hours, and I get rewarded with no replies for several days. Slowest and the absolute worst and most complicated experience ever provided, simply to push you to use their overpriced services which should've been free to begin with considering how expensive the shipping cost is. Will absolutely never use DHL for any of my future packages and I will not recommend this service to any person I ever encounter.

Package was sent to me from outside EU. Their website said its delivered and signed by me. I never got a call. The other reviewers have same issue. This is pathetic performance. Trying to find my package for 10 days now.

VERGOGNATEVI
Un pacchetto di neppure 3kg, spedito il 29 agosto dall'Italia, gira dal 31 agosto per Cluj. Chiami per sapere quando verrà consegnato e ti rispondono che per un pacchetto non vengono sino in zona Alba Julia e che se lo vuoi devi andare a prenderlo a Sibiu (!!!). Ma stiamo scherzando! Abbiamo pagato la consegna door to door. VERGOGNOSO, MAI PIÙ DHL

They are incredibly slow. The rhythm of work is one email per day: they send you an email and they are gone. You can reply in 10 minutes, provide the documents requested, ask questions....you need to wait 24h to receive a reply, but that one will not contain the answers to your questions.

Horrible service and expensive at that! Customs take an unjustifiable long time (4 days after the package entered the country they didn't even send the papers for the customs to start the checking process), no concern what so ever about the customer, when you call to ask about your package (for the 2nd time) they basically mock you and tell you "oh you'll get an answer to your complaint in 5 working days". This is just typical Romanian service...
