DieAllrounders Reviews

Wonderful experience with Andrew, I was not expecting such high levels of expertise, attention to detail and friendliness. I cannot recommend him highly enough as he did what two previous handyman companies did not, which was to listen to my requirements and give his expert input on how to best optimize the work. He helped us with a few things: position my TV with millimetre precision to optimise location relative to eye height when sitting and alignment with other living room furniture. He used a laser level for pinpoint accuracy, which was very much needed since the previous handymen didn't, and it currently looks absolutely harmonious. Of his own initiative, he also took time to help rearrange the cables below the TV, to make it look all nice and tidy. He further helped positioning the shelf mounts and the lights exactly as I wanted them. He is warm and friendly, and truly committed to high standards of work.

We discovered Andrew recently and have asked him to take care of multiple issues in our house and garden. Our experience has been excellent so far with works ranging from gutter repairs, internal plastering, outdoor decking maintenance, replacing concrete paving stones and sliding door installation. Andrew is also a very friendly, personable and trustworthy person. Highly recommended.

We booked Andrew to uninstall light fixtures at our old apartment and reinstall them in our new place. This included two heavy ceiling fans that needed additional support in the new ceilings. He filled holes left by the fixtures, transported everything, and advised on the positioning of our panel lights. He was very professional and I really appreciate the care he took to make everything right. We would definitely call him again.

I booked Andrew to fit some privacy screens / stickers for my balcony windows. It was one of his first times doing such a job and he was also learning on the way, but what struck me was his quick-thinking resourcefulness, professional and earnest attitude, and he would always check in with me if I would prefer some things to be done in certain ways (with his recommendations). He ended up staying much longer than the initial 1 hour that I had naively booked, but being a perfectionist, he only wanted the job to be done in the best way possible and was extremely professional. The end result was exactly what I was looking for and I was very satisfied. If you are looking for a friendly, professional and competent handyman, I greatly recommend Andrew!

Perfect pictures hanging!

I had a stunning experience in terms of precision and availability, thanks Andrew

I booked Andrew in for a few jobs and from the moment I contacted him he was very professional, thorough with his explanation and advice. He even sent me a few links to help. He went over and beyond any other handy man services I've had in the past. He fitted a new kitchen tap, changed a lot of my UK plugs over to EU. I'll definitely be booking him in for more work I need doing. If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy handy man Andrew is your guy. Very happy with his work.

I hired Andrew to repaint my bedroom. I tried to do it myself first... but luckily I found him. The work required moving a huge wardrobe that Andrew did very quickly and even fixed some of the small things . The painting is flawless. Andrew has a great attention to detail and it shows in his work. He is also great with communication and was updating me on the progress. Overall the effect is stunning! It feels like having a brand new apartment.

We asked Andrew to remove designer wall cabinets from one room and reinstall them in a new location, according to a precise pattern. We are really pleased with the results! He used a laser level throughout, was very knowledgeable about wall structures and attachments, and he carefully adjusted all of the doors so that they work perfectly and look 100%. Thanks, DieAllrounders!

Andrew painted my kitchen and dining room to an extremely high standard. He was friendly, professional and detail-focussed. I would recommend him to anyone.

Andrew did many jobs for us after a complete renovation of our apartment. He hung lights, shelves, and a TV. He also managed all of the untidy cables in our living room TV media setup using cable sleeving. What impressed us the most was the creativity he showed when we needed to mount a light above a table, which was not in alignment with the ceiling power, and also the fact that he used a laser level to align all of these fixtures with precision!

The light in my hallway was broken for 2 years! We bought a beautiful light, but it never worked reliably. We had a specialist rebuild it, and while it worked on the ground, it did not when hung. Another handyman came to look at it but failed to fix it, and failed to fully attach it back to the ceiling bracket. Andrew removed the light, analyzed and debugged it. And now it is working again! I hope to use him for other jobs in the future

I hired Andrew for several tasks at my home. He removed an unstable curtain rail and repaired the damaged wall with great care. Wall anchor plugs were also removed, and the holes were neatly filled. Additionally, a cupboard door was adjusted, and now it works smoothly. I'm very satisfied with the work and would recommend DieAllrounders if you are in need of a practical and reliable handyman!

Andrew fixed our bed and some cupboards in the kitchen. He was fully equipped and explained us how and which tool he used to fix each item.
He is very responsive and punctual. We highly recommend him and we will call him again if we need something to be repaired or mounted.

We recently moved from London to Zurich and wanted to add a personal touch to our new apartment. We hired Andrew for his handyman services, and it turned out to be an excellent decision! He installed three unusually challenging shelves and hung two pictures for us, including a large one.

What impressed us most was his professionalism and skill. The walls in our apartment are particularly tough, but Andrew skillfully used his SDS hammer drill to insert the proper fixings without any issue. The precision and quality of his work were outstanding.

Moreover, his attention to cleanliness was remarkable. He meticulously captured all dust with a dustpan and vacuumed afterwards, leaving our place spotless.

As parents with young kids, we were grateful for how considerate and efficient Andrew was, allowing us to focus on our children while he expertly handled the job. His service was not just a handyman job; it was a seamless and stress-free experience for our family.

We highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for top-notch handyman services in Zurich. His expertise, professionalism, and courteous demeanor make him stand out. Thank you, Andrew, for helping make our new place feel like home!

We recently needed to urgently relocate our kayaks and paddleboards from a rented space. Thankfully, we found Andrew, a friendly handyman who provided an ingenious solution.

Andrew designed and installed a custom rack in our garage that is not only sturdy but also really space-efficient. He managed to use an area that was previously dead space, allowing us to store two kayaks and two paddleboards without disrupting the parking of our car. The rack, mounted against a solid concrete wall, is a testament to his skill and attention to detail.

Moreover, Andrew's professionalism and efficiency made the whole process stress-free. He was punctual, tidy, and communicated with us throughout the job, ensuring that the final result was exactly what we needed.

I would have no hesitation asking for him again and highly recommend Andrew to anyone in need of a skilled, thoughtful, and reliable handyman. His is friendly efficient and a good communicator.
