Awful company, what is this place run by childeren?! What a terrible experience. Almost everything about this platform is just insulting!

I recently reviewed Digital DJ Pool and found a statistical anomaly in the limited data I could access. The results were revealing: hundreds of plays and dozens of downloads across “hundreds of clubs globally,” yet not a single human trace.

When you break down what occurred, the platform’s conduct shifts from unprofessional to highly suspicious. After what seemed like substantial engagement with my work, I tried to clarify basic questions.

Instead, the platform ignored me entirely for weeks. After the fourth or fifth attempt to get a reply, they finally responded to say that for $79.99 I could boost one song for one day and expect about 800 plays. I found this odd because roughly $20 can yield 2,500–4,500 views or more from far more reputable sites.

This is not even the most insulting part of their scheme. My question concerned how the numbers are determined, and this was only one of several inquiries sent through different messages over weeks.

Specifically, I asked how the figures are calculated and why the setup implies DJs will choose my music for clubs while offering no way to contact them.

I find it unlikely that if my tracks were played hundreds of times in hundreds of clubs across hundreds of countries and downloaded dozens of times by dozens of DJs, they somehow produced no likes or comments—nothing. That seems improbable.

I simply asked why this might be, but only after losing patience waiting weeks for answers about why the service advertises “everything” for $9.99 a month but requests $19.99 at sign-up.Then it does not end there, because viewing your actual or “pulse” analytics requires a pulse membership upgrade beyond the all-access plan advertised at $9.99 instead of $19.99. Although the terms state that tracks played and downloaded will raise your position on the charts, I could not locate these charts anywhere; when I first contacted them, I was polite and expressed gratitude and enthusiasm for their services, yet I received no reply.

When I asked about my other questions, they coldly suggested I try SubmitHub or Groover. I noted I had used SubmitHub for over a year and wanted to expand, having liked their platform so far; I simply wished to confirm the analytics were legitimate, review my full numbers, and ask the cost.

Hundreds of plays and dozens of downloads across hundreds of clubs globally with no comments, likes, or organic feedback is a statistical impossibility in a legitimate ecosystem. If people are actively selecting, listening to, and playing your tracks for live audiences, you will inevitably see a footprint. I received no response and discovered they had deleted my account.

Entirely. It was wildly uncalled for, completely unprofessional, unacceptable, inexcusable, unnecessary. Who does that?

This company is run by petty individuals who cannot be bothered to show even basic legitimacy, let alone common decency.

A legitimate business answers auditing questions. If a service claims you will climb the charts, they should show you the charts. When I asked them to validate their data, explain their pricing, and provide the access they advertised, I became a liability.

They did not delete my account because they were offended. They deleted it because I began pulling on threads that unravel their entire business model. Their response confirms everything you need to know about this company. Getting banned was not a loss; it was a concession.

Ok for DJs needing the odd track. Unfortunately after being a customer for years, when i tried to cancelled, i was directed to a website link saying 'Can only cancel there', i went there and it was literally impossible to cancel. The cancel button just goes in an endless loop. Poor business practices, had to dispute the charges considering they won't cancel it and make it as difficult as possible to do so. Buyer beware.

I am an artist here for several years , great opp. for a reasonable price . If I upload my music, DJ-s can see it Worldwide .
During the period of Covid they helped me with the Monthly fee, I will never forget it .
I miss I can't see where my music is used ( as before for the low price )

Why Didn't I look at reviews before Purchasing....Waste of Money, DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FALSE CLAIMS!!

Terrible company, they locked my account, falsely claiming I was manipulating charts. When they locked my account, they forgot to cancel my subscriptions, so they kept those running hoping I wouldn't notice. I contacted customer service, but that's of no use, they outsource to Zurich, and they're never available and never respond.

No original versions can be found. Only remixes and mashups. Bad.

Horrible! Used to be one of the best. Now it's full of independent artist dying to break. Almost impossible to find any original versions from Top 40. Don't do it

Waste of money. The weakest selectionI ever seens in a dj pool. They don't have 95% of the hits out now or ever..
