Amazing care
This is the first time we have used an at home service . Roxy our beloved Rotti is the 5th dog we have lost over the 40 years we’ve been together and this was the most dignified and peaceful ending for our precious girl. Katherine was amazing so caring , she really put us at ease and made our last hour with our girl so special . RIP Roxy 10/11/2025

Amazing service
We found out our darling boy Fin was suffering with advanced cancer in November last year. We hoped to have another Christmas with him but he deteriorated so rapidly and it got to the point he was refusing walks and most food and the little he was eating was coming back up covered in blood. We made the heartbreaking decision to end his suffering which was without a doubt the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. We called Dignipets on a recommendation from the vets. They answered and came within 45 minutes of the call. Bruce was absolutely amazing from the second he arrived. There was no rush, he explained the process beautifully, including to my daughter who was also present. He was so patient and went at our pace and handled our boy so gently.
Ive only just got around to leaving a review because ive been so broken over the loss of our boy it’s hard to even talk about him passing.
I cannot recommend this company enough, Bruce guided us through the most traumatic experience with respect and grace and I will be forever grateful to him for helping us say goodbye.

Peaceful, calm and dignified
Sandhya could not have been more compassionate towards us and our 16 year old dog, at the most heart breaking time. She guided us through the whole process very clearly and treated both us and Charlie with dignity and respect, and allowed us all the time we wanted with our precious boy.

If you are reading this review then you are probably having soon to say goodbye to your beloved pet. We sadly had to say goodbye to our Hungarian Vizsla Erik. We were helped and guided by a truly wonderful lady Paula who with a great deal of care, expertise and professionalism helped Erik pass peacefully with the dignity he deserved. I cant thank these enough for their compassion, and making a very hard day so peacefull and calm, for our old girl bella she made it to 14 and a half, but was suffering with her arthritis, were so glad we made the decision to use dignipets than make it a stressfull day for our girl, from the begining of asking about some of bellas life right to the end, explaining everything, answering our questions,very calm and you don't feel rushed at all, even with bella eating a bar of dads chocolate, bella had cut her paw that morning aswell and even when they placed her in the basket they placed her in a way we couldnt see her poorly paw, im sorry i cant remember the 2 ladies names that came out to us but thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💔

Saying goodbye at home
Just want to say a massive thank you for your service, the whole process was very easy and smooth sailing, my dog was able to fall asleep at home in a relaxed and familiar environment with his family, thank you very much for your time and efforts to make this experience a lot less stressful and traumatic than what it would of been at the vets, the lady who visited (Maja)talked me through everything before beginning she was very kind natured and my dogs were very relaxed around her, she took her time there was no rush and was very gentle when handling him too Maja was very professional but also empathetic overall I am very happy with his send off xx

The right decision
We are so pleased to have made the decision to ask DigniPets to assist us at the end of our beloved dog’s life.
