Consideration to our elderly greyhound and our selves
From the initial contact everyone was professional and understanding at this difficult time. Sylvia the lady who came to our house to euthanize our elderly greyhound was caring unrushed and considerate to our dog and ourselves and made the difficult time peaceful and sympathetic. Highly recommended

The best experience we could have hoped for
This was our first time with Dignipets. We're based in the West Midlands and were visited by Jamie. He helped us come to terms with the loss of our beautiful and loving cat Molly (20 years old). Jamie's sensitivity and support exceeded our expectations. He was softly spoken throughout, didn't rush us and his attention to detail, considerations and respect felt like an art form he had mastered. I couldn't have imagined anything better for Molly. She passed very peacefully. Thank you so much.

A compassionate and kind service.
One of the hardest days was made much less painful by dignipets. Being able to have my beloved border terrier Amy put to sleep at home meant she didn't have to face anything even harder than she was already facing in her super senior years, as her quality of life had diminished to an unbearable level.
The team were kind and compassionate and I would recommend them to anyone in their darkest days.

An amazing service at such a difficult…
An amazing service at such a difficult time. Early on Sunday morning, I called and was met by a compassionate person who took my details. Bruce, the vet, returned my call almost immediately and was able to come out within 45 minutes.
What can I say about Bruce? He is truly incredible. He gave me clear, honest guidance about what my beautiful cat was going through and reassured me that I was making the right decision. He gently talked me through the entire process, handling everything with such compassion and care.
He made an incredibly painful experience feel dignified and helped make it just a little easier to come to terms with.
Thank you so much, Bruce. I am truly indebted.

Could not recommend enough
We unfortunately had to make an emergency call to Dignipets for our 14 year old cockerspaniel on Thursday evening. With his age and condition we couldn’t bring ourselves to take him to the vets and instead opted to have someone come out for us. We couldn’t have asked for a more kind and thoughtful person in Bruce to handle such a delicate situation, with such compassion and calmness he single handedly made an awful situation a beautiful send off for our boy. We cannot thank Dignipets and Bruce enough for how delicate and thoughtful they were during the whole evening, so thank you so much.

I highly recommend this service
I highly recommend this service, after losing our beloved dog last week the vets couldnt help us but gave us a phone number for dignipets they came out to our house on a saturday and were so lovely and so respectful to our dog, we couldnt ask for any better, it was so nice and peacefull for our old girl, at the sadest time in our lives it was also the nicest service we could of asked for. Would defernatly use in the future if needed.

Saying your final goodbye
Sylvia came to our home today at one of the worst times in our lives. She was so compassionate, kind, thoughtful and caring as our beautiful Golden Retriever, Lily, crossed the rainbow bridge. The service from Dignipets was second to none. It is an awful time when that decision is made but Sylvia was so reassuring and talked us through everything, giving us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Very respectful, kind and caring. I would not hesitate in using this service again.

From the lovely lady that first answered the phone to the vet Ana coming, the whole heartbreaking experience was made into a quiet, peaceful and loving experience of the passing of our Cooper. Compassion and care come first!
We were recommended dignipets by our local vet as we wanted our boy at home, dignipets were so caring and compassionate throughout our short journey. Ana was wonderful, well experienced and guided us through. She gave us time and allowed us to be alone with our boy after he had passed. Not only caring for our beloved Buster but was very compassionate towards us too. Highly recommend.

Our beloved dog
It was with great sadness that we had to make the call to dignipets when our beloved dog tiger was so unwell.
They were recommended by my daughter who had previously had the company out to her dog and she couldn't rate there care and Compassion highly enough.
We knew it was the right decision, Lucian is the most caring man and he made what was an incredibly devastating time that little bit more bearable.
We never felt rushed and for that we are so very thankful.
This company really cares about what they do and at such a terrible time thats so Important.

Our Beautiful Boy is now at Peace
Our vet Bruce come to our house to put our Beautiful 14 year old American Cocker Spaniel at peace. The service we received was truly respectful and we cannot thank Bruce and Dignipets enough. Dignity and compassion
Having to make the decision to know when it is the right time to let your most loyal and loved companion cross the rainbow bridge is without doubt the hardest thing I have had to do. With a large male Bullmastiff, taking him in the car and travelling to vets would have been a dreadful experience for us all. Instead, Paula came to our home, and talked me through everything and made sure both Bosley and I were ready. He got to eat the biggest bowl of his most favourite items before just settling down on his bed next to me and drifting off into a deep sleep in my arms. I was given plenty of time to comfort him and myself. Nothing was rushed. I can't thank Paula enough for the compassion she showed us both, it made the unbearable just a little more bearable. The best decision to use dignipets
We were so grateful for dignipets when we had to make the decision for our 14.5 year old dog Bella to go to sleep. Paula was so calming, patient and professional and she treated us all with respect and kindness in such a hard time. We decided for our children to be there with us too and Paula was great, asking if they wanted to do a picture to go with Bella. We would absolutely recommend dignipets as our old girl was able to go to sleep peacefully in her own home where she felt safe and comfortable and didn’t suspect anything, it was the best decision we made for all of us. My son rang you and I have no idea how…
My son rang you and I have no idea how he got your number. This was the most amazing service. My Winnie was treated amazingingly. They were with us for an hour making sure we had time with Winnie. They put a blanket over him and it smelt like comfort. I know that sounds weird but they care about everything. She drove away slowly so we could wave him goodbye. Fantastic team of people
Absolutely amazing team who really care for pets and their families. From the first phone call they are just amazing. I have used dignipets twice, and would not have anyone else to take care of my other pets when the time comes.
Nothing is rushed, and they explain everything to you beforehand, as well as talking you through the procedure as they go along. Overall, the experience was very peaceful, and i felt reassured at all times.

Dignipets gave us peace
Dignipets were extremely helpful and respectful at this heartbreaking time.The lady vet called Maya helped us through this difficult time.Sadly I have lost many pets over the years.But this time Maya took time to explain each stage encouraging our other dog to be present She was professional and caring the whole process was calm and peaceful I have never experienced such a peaceful ending of a pet.Should I ever require this service again the first people I will turn to are Dignipets.
