I needed a one off disposal of 8 sharps bins that had been left behind in a rental property.
I didn’t know where to go, and chose direct365 pretty much at random. I’m so glad I did. Kyle Richardson, has been so helpful sorting out their removal. He is friendly and professional and understood that I wasn’t a big business or in the medical game. I can highly recommend this company to do the job well and with a personal touch which is great in today’s times.

Positive in the end
We had difficulties trying to book our Legionella and Fire Assessments but since Ashleigh Durham has taken over things have progressed really well. I will await a call tomorrow to get everything booked in.

Constant Clinical Waste Failures to collect
Really disapointed with recent experience of clinical waste and sharps collections. They fail to attend site on the date booked and dont even contact us to rearrange, I feel like I have called constantly for 3 weeks and every date provided is missed. Ive been told the driver was sick several times, driver breakdown but more recently Im told dates and nothing ever happens and nobody ever calls us to even apologise. I now have clinical waste bags in our kitchen as the external wheeliebin has been full for a month and yet again the new date is the end of the week, its been escalated to the highest level and still not done. I feel like they have missed over 10 confirmed dates already. no confidence it will happen.

We completely understand your concerns, particularly given the nature of clinical waste and sharps collections. Having waste accumulate on site for an extended period and needing to repeatedly contact us for updates is not the level of service you should expect from us, and we appreciate how disappointing this experience has been.
Unfortunately, we experienced a number of unforeseen operational issues that impacted several routes, resulting in delays and disruption to scheduled collections. While this explains the situation, we fully recognise that it does not excuse the lack of proactive communication or the repeated missed dates you experienced.
We can confirm that your waste has now been collected, and the necessary actions have been taken to stabilise the service moving forward. We expect collections to be far more consistent going forward and will continue to monitor the service closely.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused and for the loss of confidence this has understandably created. We appreciate your patience during this difficult period and thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
