Great Customer Service
I initially sent an online request to direct 365 to have all of my DJ equipment PAT tested and within hours of me sending that request Cheryl gave me a call to go through the process, costs and timeframes for completion which takes a massive burden of me as the business owner that all of my equipment will be tested quickly and efficiently. After sending me the forms to complete I had the signed contract back the next day for me to complete. Great customer service and attention to detail from Cheryl I couldnt ask for a better service

We recently needed an urgent PAT test for our church PA system, and the time window was extremely short.
