This review is based on a few years experience. We annually receive the quote for servicing of our fire extinguishers. The price is very competitive. Once we are ready for the service we email back and the service is booked in and undertaken. All very efficient and seamless

Contract Renewal
I received an email about my contract renewal, I emailed back asking if I could change the amount of visits I get as I don’t need as many now and had an instant reply to my question off Natasha regarding this with the other information I asked, I’m very happy with the changes made and how quick the response was and was dealt with. Regarding our service upgrade
I called Direct 365 to upgrade our current commercial waste service and was greeting by Dave Hepworth on the phone. David was super helpful and informative on the call and needed to pass me to their sales team, unfortunately the sales team were not available so Dave assure me he would get me an updated quote and send it via email. I received my quote email within less than an hour later! Dave has been super quick at responding on every communication ive sent and has answered any questions ive had promptly!
