Kyle was really helpful
Kyle was really helpful. I kept asking questions but nothing was too much trouble and he came back with the answers quickly and made everything easy to understand. Due to the nature of my business I was quite slow in responding but he was very patient and accommodating.

So far great service- I spoke with Cheryl who was great at talking me through options and what was available. I had been quoted £490 for a fire risk assessment to change our home into a holiday let temporarily, direct365 were very competitive and are doing it for £190- couldn’t believe the difference! Cheryl was super helpful and sent the form straight away, there was a small amendment which was sorted very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Very quick and easy to set up fire extinguishers and fire alarm testing Jack Ball sorted this the next day. Signed the documents now waiting for the contact and to get direct 365 in to do the work another service being provided by them for us happy days.
