It’s true that there really is no limit… to the greedness.
It’s true that there really is no limit to how low some will go.
I’m not writing to cry over the ridiculous sum they’ve charged me in “early exit fees”, it’s never been about the money. It’s the principle that hurts the most.
After six years as my business general waste provider, I made the difficult decision to cease trading. I would have hoped that, after all this time, you might have asked why.
But instead, I got a first-hand look at just how little you care. Unlike every other provider I work with , who all asked who would be taking over the business, looking for any way to keep a valued customer , "direct 365 are to direct" for such a good common sense procedure,didn’t even attempt to follow basic good practice. It was clear your only priority was clinging to a completely unnecessary sum of money, blinded by greed.
So let me be clear:
First, this was not an early exit. This was a business ceasing to trade. Two completely different things, and it should never have been treated the same way.
Second, I’d shake the hand of your customer management team, but I’d rather not. Because what you’ve done here is lose far more than a small fee charges,.Every single one of my other contracts was successfully handed over to the new tenant,except yours. You’ve lost a long-standing customer, and you’ve lost the opportunity to keep the next one too and show a bit more of due respect for who paid his bills throughout 6 years of a trading business.
Congratulations indeed 👏👏👏 .
You’ve successfully kept a few pounds, but you’ve shown exactly what your business is built on. Well done.

Dreadful to be honest
Dreadful to be honest. I am on a running subscription for hazardous waste collection services and they manage to get it wrong regularly! They turn up without letting us know or they let us know a date and don’t turn up at all. Then they turn up as they please, take the sharpes bin away and leave a replacement that is incorrect. Communicating with this company is like pulling teeth and they clearly don’t communicate between departments. Simple tasks seem to be extremely difficult. When opening complaints they are responded to with a vague email and then closed without being solved. No apologies no compassion. Very disappointing overall
