Dreadful Service !!!
The performance of the bin collection service has been nothing short of dreadful.
The bin was delivered late, with excuse after excuse offered instead of action.
When collection day finally came, the team didn’t just empty the bin — they took it away completely.
We’re now more than a week on, and despite repeated assurances, the bin still hasn’t been returned.
This isn’t a minor inconvenience; it’s a failure to provide the basic service we’re paying for.

Poor service
They fail to collect the bins on a weekly basis and I have to chase for the credit notes to be raised.
Unreliable service, you cant rely on them and will only collect when they want to.
