I booked a 1 off sharps collection for a few sharps boxes. I found Direct 365 very responsive and efficient. How nice it was speaking to a pleasant and helpful human (Kyle Richardson) being rather than a bot. I shall definitely recommend them to colleagues.

Great Service as Always
Direct365 have managed the clinical waste from our clinics for many many years without any issues. Today, Kyle has arranged an ad hoc collection of multiple sharps containers, following and online reuest. He sent me a quote through very quickly and once I confirmed I was happy all the paperwork was completed very quickly and collection will be within the next 10 days

Calls answered promptly
When we rang for a query, we got to someone quickly on the other end. No waiting around. Only thing i had to ask for was an invoice later on - for some reason it was not sent automatically.

Cheryl King was our initial point of contact, nothing was too much trouble. From the first contact to confirming the date to carry a fire risk assessment for us I could not wish for a more professional service, both knowledgable and eager to help us get the resolution we needed to our particular need. The cost is very reasonable with examples of what you can expect to be delivered, excellent service. We will always use 365 in future for any compliance issues we may have.

Poor service on after-sale
Ordered a defibrillator on 17/8 and by 1/10 I still hadn’t received the product. I had to chase with 3 phone calls to ask why the delay and Direct365 said it was the oversees suppliers who were having difficulties. At no time in the weeks between the above two dates did Direct365 actively chase and keep me informed - I had to do all the chasing with 3 separate phone calls. In the end I decided I couldn’t wait any longer and cancelled my order. It also took them a full week to process a refund even though I hadn’t received the product. Lesson for Direct365 is to provide after purchase follow through and not leave it to the customer to have to chase a £1.5k product. Their reactive approach is simply not good enough so they lost the sale.
