I ordered a hood dryer on Wednesday and it arrived Thursday,amazing ,and I spoke to someone at the warehouse and he was so good ,will definitely buy from you again thankyou.

Customer service & delivery effeciency was second to none. They messaged me on an update of my delivery request & did there best to get it to me on their honest predicted delivery time.

I honestly cannot recommend Direct Salon Supplies highly enough. From start to finish, I received a fantastic service.
My new reception desk was delivered exactly when promised and it is absolutely stunning. The quality is excellent, it feels really well made, with the colours I personally picked for it to be bespoke made, and the measurements were exactly as expected. There is so much storage inside, which is perfect for a working salon, and the LED lighting really finishes it off beautifully. There is also plenty of space on the front for me to add my salon logo. It has completely transformed my reception area and makes my salon look so professional.
However, what really made the whole experience stand out was the customer service. Chris, one of the managers, was absolutely brilliant. Whenever I called, he was available to speak to me, always pleasant, friendly and helpful, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
You can buy beautiful, good-quality furniture from a company, but if the customer service isn't there, it can completely spoil the experience. With Direct Salon Supplies, I had both — absolutely beautiful, quality salon furniture AND exceptional customer service. Thank you Chris !
