Great customer service
I ordered a pair of SG22 boots, they were cheaper than any other site. When they arrived there was a defect. The customer service from Lauren was excellent. The issue was resolved within a week at no cost to me. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Dirt Store again because of this as I've had issues with other retailers in the past.

Great communication & fast delivery
We ordered our little boys trials helmet. It arrived very fast and we had great communication with Lauren. She’s a credit to the team. She’s been so helpful along with her colleague Sam. I couldn’t thank them enough for making sure Louie’s helmet arrived in time for his trial at the weekend. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
We can see you made contact with us on 24/5 asking for advice on a fender and if it would fit. Our team looked into this with the bike information you provided us, and advised we thought it would due to the bike being listed in the product distcription.
You received it on the 29/5
You then made further contact with us on 22/7 almost 2 months after receiving the item.
Our returns policy is 30 days which is clearly stated on our website. Unfortunately you requested a return 54 days after receiving your order so we were unable to accept it.
Without knowing the history of your bike and if the part you have on their are original, we can only go by the bike model you provide, part descriptions and team knowledge.
Sorry you are disappointed with the service you received. At Dirt Store customer satisfaction is important to us right from ordering through to after sales care.

Refund required
I made an order and it arrived very quickly. I actually needed to return the order as I had ordered the wrong items. (my fault not Dirt Store)
I returned the items as per the website instructions and I was refunded the same day they received the items back. Very reassuring and would have no doubts about ordering from them again.
