Visited here recently to purchase an air jacket. The staff member was extremely helpful and showed me a few different types. I was able to try them on in store to get the correct fit. I would certainly recommend to others to have a visit. Great prices and a lovely knowledgeable place to visit.

Ordered some Lemieux toys for my daughter. There was a slight issue with one of the items being unexpectedly out of stock, but they contacted me promptly and sorted out a substitute quickly. Parcel was then posted next day.

I bought a new riding hat here, infact its my second new hat from here. It's my go to place as they have such a variety. The girl that helped me was knowledgable and helpful.
I've also bought online and always been quick to deliver.

Ordered horse advent calendars from these guys quiet a few times this month and always being given a tracking number straight away when asked and same day dispatch email advent calendars come very well packaged I really cannot fault these guys at all thank you so much ..

Ordered twice from this company. Both times I've had to ask where my delivery is.
Both times I've been given different excuses as to why its not been sent 1-2weeks later. Convenient that both times they've then sent the parcels that day.

Sadly paid this company over £100 for riding boots which never arrived. My first enquiry to them received an unhelpful response that the goods came from Sweden and would take up to 2 weeks, which was clearly stated on the web page. I replied this wasn't the case, and they could make this clearer. No response. I allowed them 3 weeks before chasing again. No response. Finally I chased twice more asking for a refund which was put through with an apology for the delay but no explanation as to why the goods had never arrived. Who knows how long they would have sat on my money and I doubt I would ever have received anything. In contrast a similar company sent me the same boots within 48 hours and were dispatched within 2 hours!

Great Customer Service, I received a pair of Tredstep boots and they broke within the first two months. I contacted them and they organised a replacement in 2 days!

Bought my very anxious 18.2hh horse the science supplements ProKalm and it's the best product on the market, the best thing about it is that it doesn't take the performance aspect off at all, its a very good product and you can see results very quickly

Brilliant ! Ordered 2 turnout rugs at a great clearance offer price yesterday and upgraded to express delivery .. and they were delivered today. I emailed yesterday afternoon as I hadn't had a dispatch notification and had an email this morning confirming that they were sent yesterday and should be here today. 2nd time I've used them and been very happy both times.
