Courtney in customer services was so helpful all the way through the process of finding the right breeches for my daughter who was very particular what she wanted and not an easy size to find - everything too bid. Courtney went out of her way to find the right ones and we eventually got there - huge thank you for the superb service and patience!

Excellent customer service. I rarely complain but my joddy boots lasted less than 5months, a make I frequently use, so I sent an email and picture and was offered a new pair or refund. THAT is good service! Thankyou discount equestrian.

Exceptionally helpful staff, me not being an horsey person so totally out of my depth, and shopping for my granddaughter, I had to put myself in there hands completely, and what a happy and satisfied customer I am following it, I would recommend discount equestrian to any fellow customers 👍🏼

Great helpful service (especially as it was at the end of the day!) - took time to help and ensure a hat was fitted correctly and ordered the spec we wanted as well as assisting with other kit.
Avoid discount question
Avoid discount question. I ordered goods over £100 2 weeks ago. Received confirmation immediately but then heard nothing and no goods arrived. I contacted them yesterday and asked for a refund. I’m told this takes 5 days. No reason no response and no goods despite having my money for 3 weeks.

Ordered a pair of competition leggings…
Ordered a pair of competition leggings to then be told a couple of days later these weren’t in stock, even though the website still stated 8 available!
This meant I lost the money I had paid to enter a show due to a company not having the correct stock levels!
Very poor customer service and I will not be ordering again!

No delivery, no refund!
Ordered a hay bar 10/1/2025
After a couple of weeks of waiting I contacted the company who said they would update my tracking information. I then found out my order hadn't been posted. After leaving phone messages, texts, emails, and Facebook messages I still haven't received the order. I cancelled the order and requested a refund, I'm still waiting.
The person dealing with this tells me it's not them that needs to refund me but Shopify,!!!
I have now raised a dispute with my bank and they are taking over my case.
This person is just fobbing me off and has more or less said it's not their problem.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

Brilliant!
I have ordered several things from here that have all arrived really quickly and in great condition. We had a Le Mieux hobby horse which broke after 2 months, I sent an email asking if anything could be done and they sent a replacement within 24 hours. Fantastic customer service, thank you!
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
Please be very careful with this company; at the moment, I am unsure if it is a legitimate company or not.
I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, and I have been told for the past week that it is "arriving tomorrow."
I very much wished, I had never used this company. Far better ones out there.

Bought a pair of boots used PayPal 3 Day delivery turned into 10 Days
Phoned, left voicemail and emailed no reply.
When they did answer I was told they were posted and would be with me the following day, No boots
I had to involve PayPal to get them off Thier Bums
Boots arrived damaged inner tung Not sewn up and the side stitching damaged
Read reviews and given the problems others have had decided to just throw them in the cupboard and move on.
Bad customer service, Bad company all round AVOID them.
Good products, extremely frustrating online customer service
I ordered a riding hat from them, including returns for different sizing, and while they keep 1 star for honouring their returns policy and exchanging the hat when it didn't fit, they've lost all others for the constant chasing up I've had to do. They've never sent the tracking details for any of the orders like they say they do at shipping unless I asked, they sent the wrong size hat once and I had to chase them up with multiple emails to get a prepaid returns label, they never sent the correct sized hat after receiving the returned parcel until i messaged asking where it was, and now I asked for a credit to my account with the last return as a refund to the card i used to purchase it would be a hassle as it's in a foreign currency: I put on the returns form a credit. I emailed saying I wanted a credit. What email did I just get? "Your refund is being processed." So now I've chased them up again to see if it's too late to stop the refund.
So unless you're ordering something you know for certain you're not going to want to return, avoid this company to save yourself loads of headaches.
I'm a returning customer
My third shipment arrived today at Singapore in less than 5 days after they shipped out my parcel. So far my experience with the customer service and sales teams has been positive hence I am purchasing from them instead of going to my local tack shops.
2 weeks since order placed and still no delivery. Terrible service
I had a message from EVRI on 28/09/24 to say they had my parcel for delivery, I’m still waiting, terrible service. Won’t be using Discount Equestrian again
Ordered jodhpurs on 25th July
Ordered jodhpurs on 25th July, only to be told they were actually out of stock. Still waiting, still not arrived, still not refunded. Lack of communication from them apart from a few emails promising delivery, then still nothing. Cannot recommend. Hope I eventually receive what I ordered!
