Super company
I ordered a beautiful ring but it was too big. I was easily able to return it for a store credit, ready for when the size down is re-stocked. Customer service were super helpful too. A great small business well worthy of their 5* reviews.

I felt let down by my experience with D Louise and unfortunately wrote this review based on the service my mum received. The product is wonderful I just want to add.
My mum purchased a gift for my birthday and signed up for the 10% welcome code. She did not receive this, she then contacted D Louise customer service by email to explain this and request a code, they declined.
She then purchased the gift for the birthday and they had a 20% sale. So she emailed again to request if the 10% can be refunded or if she can still have the code, to which they further declined and were very unhelpful.
How can they decline a discount code that everyone is entitled to?
I like their items, but unfortunately won’t be shopping there again due to this.

Stunning Pieces and Fantastic Customer Service!
Wow, I just love this brand and the customer service is second to none! Ordered a beautiful curved ring and took the offer of a free stacker ring to go with it. When the rings arrived, I found one of them was incorrect. After a few exchanges of messages with their helpline by WhatsApp, I was told the correct ring was to be sent out that day, and to keep the other ring received in error as a gesture of goodwill! The correct ring has been received and I have to say, I am completely in love with them stacked together, simply beautiful.

Gorgeous rings
Gorgeous rings, I was worried they will look too yellow or won’t look a good quality however I didn’t have to be worried. Customer service are top notch, they have helped me so promptly to exchange to the bigger size with communication being so fast.
