Jewellery is stunning. Customer service was 10/10. Incredibly efficient, polite and helpful! I purchased a ring too small and contact them if it was possible to exchange. They were most accommodating and there was a technical minor issue processing the exchange online and all staff were so helpful

I was returning a braclet that was too small unfortunately. It got lost in the post on return when contacting D Louise they were really helpful and when the parcel could not be tracked they honoured my refund. Very good quick replies to emails.

Absolutely 5⭐️ website was easy to navigate, the 4 item bundle deal i got was superb, turnaround and delivery of my order was within 2days! The parcel was secure, each individual item bagged and boxed in beautiful sturdy packaging that you can re use/store your items in for travelling - i cannot rave enough about the quality and this company and what an excellent experience i have had. Especially after i was so let down by another ‘popular’ online jewellery company, i was hesitant to try another one - but D.LOUISE was totally spot on! Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful jewellery and fantastic customer service

I placed an order for two rings and a bracelet, and the items were absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, I ordered the rings in the wrong size, so I contacted the team for advice because I had purchased them as part of a discounted offer.

The team were brilliant. They responded quickly, understood exactly what I needed and gave me clear instructions on how to exchange both rings—not only for a smaller size, but for different styles too. The whole process was made so easy, and I was able to keep my original discount.

The BEST customer service I’ve received from a company. When I ordered the oval trilogy ring, it came looking a dull around the diamond and band. However when I asked D Louise about this, they sorted this out for me with no problems at all. They allowed me to keep my old ring and sent a new one free of charge! This was their own initiative by the way, I didn’t even ask for this option. that’s when you know a company is truly worth buying from, they care more about their customers satisfaction than money. I am stunned at this amazing service and will be buying my future jewellery from D Louise . Thank you so much for making my day!

Such great customer service. They reply almost immediately and are very helpful.

I provided the wrong email so they were unable to contact me about a mistake with my order but when I contacted them they replied immediately and the amended order was dispatched that day so I received my items the next day which amazed me!

I then had an error with the order that did arrive and I honestly can say I have never received such quick and positive service. I wish all retailers provided the same sort of service - thank you.
