Not only is the jewellery of exceptional quality but the customer service is the same high quality. There are many supposed “tarnish free” jewellery companies around but none of them meet the quality of D Louise. I have quite a few items, I am a bangle lover and there are so many to choose from that it’s hard to know when to stop ! I bought a couple of the very high quality tennis bracelets and these came up quite small (I buy s/m bangles ) I ordered the 16cm tennis bracelets but they sat very tight on the arm and I needed to exchange for the 18cm ones, my return went missing (thanks Royal Mail 🤦🏻‍♀️) and D Louise Customer service were so good and helpful. I cannot recommend this company more . In a world where so many companies treat consumers poorly I would choose to shop with D Louise ! Excellent quality and exceptional customer service ! I’ve been shopping from D.Louise for a few years now and have always loved the jewellery, the quality and styles are fantastic. I’m also incredibly impressed with the customer service I received for an issue: the replies were so fast and they were so kind, polite and courteous. Will be shopping over and over again 😊

Terrible service. I ordered earrings for my sister’s birthday. When they hadn’t arrived 5 days later i emailed proof of purchase but heard nothing back. My sister’s birthday was embarrassing with no gift to give her as I was still waiting to hear back. Nothing. I emailed twice more again, i WhatsApp, i message on Insta. Nothing.
In frustration i have gone through my bank and got my money back but I’ve not even had an apology from D Louise. I ordered on 28th september and its the 8th October now. Appaling cutimer service. DO NOT buy fron them unless you like being frustrated, disappointed and let down. Never again would I buy anything from this company.

I ordered a few pieces from D Louise a few years ago. Unfortunately the ring I had has recently started to tarnish. I contacted them with a photo and they replied the same day offering a replacement. Great service and would definitely order from them again

I was so sad when somehow, my bracelet broke. I contacted customer service who shared their incredible guarantee with me and got a replacement sent right away. I'm so grateful for their help, as the bracelet holds a lot of meaning for me. Thank you!

This has to be the best day to day jewellery ever. I have gifted to so many family and friends and everyone loved them. We are wearing all day and evening, to the gym and even for a swim. Everyone comments on the elegence and the style. Absolutely love D.Louise products.

The jewellery itself is absolutely beautiful, and I was really impressed with the quality and design. Unfortunately, I experienced a reaction when wearing it. However, the team were incredibly understanding and explained that, although the jewellery itself doesn’t contain nickel, it is made within a nickel factory, which could have contributed to my reaction. They kindly assured me that they would send out a replacement so that I can enjoy wearing the jewellery without any concerns.

The customer service has been fantastic from start to finish. The team helped me resolve my issue in such a short space of time. Usually, it can take weeks to receive a response, but I received one almost instantly, and they were able to resolve my query straight away. I’m really impressed with how quick, helpful and understanding they have been.
Now I can’t wait to wear my pieces day after day with no worry, and the confidence if there are any signs of tarnishing all pieces come with a promised lifetime warranty and I think that’s amazing and assuring.
Just wish I’d have come across this brand more sooner!

I was attracted to this companys products as I found the idea of non tarnish jewelry attractive. They also had an offer on to purchase 4 items for £100 so I thought I would give them a try.
The items I purchased were lovely, and whilst I cannot as yet vouch for their longevity, they look and wear really well and feel of good quality.

So many online companies treat the customer badly knowing that most will eventually give up the fight and just chalk it up to experience. D Louise was quite the opposite. What really blew me away was their customer service. I had cause to contact them when the ring I had ordered wasnt suitable for me so I requested if I could exchange. Absolutely no problem, no trying to wriggle out of a refund or exchange, courteous email responses, and very prompt reaction.

I wholeheartedly recommend D Louise and will certainly buy from them again.

My bracelet broke. DLouise was quick to respond and send me a replacement. The replacement was slightly smaller than the original so they replaced with the next size up free of charge and exchanged the new bracelet. Quick to respond and deliver, fab service.

I had to return a bracelet I'd had for 5 months and the customer service was brilliant. Their responses were really speedy and I was offered a refund or replacement of any item on the website. My replacement is due today 2-3 days from request to delivery.

I ordered the tennis necklace and it is really pretty and good quality. I had a question to customer service snd they answered very quickly. It is a genuinely good company with very kind employees. 5 star from me and I will definitely buy more pieces.

Worst experience. They sent me empty box and I had to bear the shipping essentially to and fro. So I lost 40% of my original purchase cost for getting and returning empty boxes. So unprofessional took them days of email back and forth and kept asking me endless screenshots even of their own website details. Like the money you spend of advertisement needs to be spent on building better logistics and customer service and support else your company has no future.

Very pleased with my purchase from D. Louise! Prompt delivery, very easy returns/exchange and fantastic customer service. They offer bundles frequently making their jewellery affordable and their lifetime warranty helps not to think twice before ordering! The jewellery are beautiful too!

I have purchased several items from D.Louise for gifts or for myself, and I love every piece.
I have also recently, been impressed with their customer service, when they replied promptly to an email I sent them with a query, and resolved it straight away, giving me piece of mind.

A crystal fell out of my necklace after just over a year, despite light use and careful storage. The necklace is now unwearable.

What I didn't realise is that D. Louise's "lifetime guarantee" only covers tarnishing and discolouration. Crystals/stones falling out are only covered for one year and are not included in the lifetime guarantee.

Customer service was polite but offered no repair, replacement, or goodwill solution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend D. Louise crystal jewellery if durability is important to you. if durability is important to you.
