I chose DM&C approx 7 months ago. (landlord fully managed service). I have to say the team including Steph have been a breath of fresh air compared to my previous estate agent. Like me DM&C want a good experience for tenant and landlord. I highly recommend them because they genuinely involve me in decisions. This was sadly lacking with my previous estate agent who basically were happy to ignore or not notice a lot of unauthorised shoddy work on my house and then make sure that I could not obtain the tenant deposit as a small compensation for the extensive damage.
