DM & Co. Homes Reviews

Excellent knowledge is local area - good setting of price. Good contacts in area wanting to buy. Excellent selling strategy. Worked very well in a not so buoyant market. Good communication. Helpful advice. Friendly and confident staff - felt safe and confident with the way they handled things. Would definitely use again.

I decided it was time to move house and was dreading putting it on the market as I knew it would be a long frustrating process, but was recommended DM & Co by a friend who recently sold with them and couldn't speak enough praise with the service they provided. From the first phone call to show my initial interest I was welcomed by the lovely staff, very professional as well as friendly, all the way through to my house being sold (not even a week on the market). The sale board was put up on the Monday and was sold on the Friday before the brochure even made it online. Can't thank them enough for their help in making this a more enjoyable experience, especially Emma who has been amazing every step of the way, very polite and great communication, keeping me up to date as soon as progress was being made, also Peter who come to do my valuation, well mannered and experienced and anyone else in between who was involved such as the photographer etc. I would never sell with anyone else.

I had to let a property that was out of DM & Co's typical geography. Gabrielle and Chiara were extremely helpful and efficiently found me a tenant in a short space of time, coordinating with a local agent in the process. I really couldn't recommend them enough, and look forward to re-letting my place with them again later this year.

Initially I wasn't sure whether I was going to let my house or sell so I had meetings with both Amy and Chiara who were knowledgeable in their respective areas, professional and respectful of my position. I ended up selling and Amy has been excellent through the whole process. Always responsive to any queries I had and has kept me up to date all the way through. I cannot imagine that it could have gone any better. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

We used DM&Co to sell my parents property and were very satisfied with the service received from start to finish. Ann especially worked with us and she was extremely pleasant but professional and did everything possible to ensure the sale reached completion successfully. I would certainly highly recommend and use again.

Evie is so far the best and most talented I have came across working with full dedication and hard work. She works very professionally with dedication and puts all her extra effort in finding the desired place and properly following up.
All the best to the rising trend setter.

Extensive attention to detail plus enthusiastic and professional promotion of property. Excellent interpersonal initiative with great attention to detail.
Considerate and caring approach to both seller and buyer.
Under Kathy's leadership the team at DM&Co got the job done ensuring first class communication with both the buyers and ourselves, as sellers to a satisfactory conclusion.
We should also like to say how terrific Victoria has been in the sales support team, taking the initiative, without prompting, keeping us informed of progress throughout, which was a great comfort during this stressful period. Thank you all at DM&Co.
Great Job Girls

From start to finish, both Chiara and Evie were fantastic in helping myself and my partner secure our new home (rental).
Upon an initial enquiry about renting with DM&Co I received a response right away and the process was smooth sailing from there. I was also given the choice of which apartment to go for which was a great surprise! The application process followed suit where both Chiara and Evie were on hand throughout the entire process and helped with any questions I had. Compared to other/previous agents, the service is second to none and I highly recommend using DM&Co if you can!
Even after I was settled into the property, the above agents made regular check ins which was reassuring that any problems would be resolved quickly although the property is perfect.
Overall my expectations about renting and the service you get have been exceeded which is an understatement in itself.
Great service where even 5 stars seems short! If you see this review guys, thank you so much!

Great communication; quick response, personal touch; multiple maintenance issues resolved within the working week:
Thank you @Steph Payne
Making the difference :)

Quick renting process! DM & Co were helpful when we were looking for somewhere to rent. The flat we rented is managed by the landlord so we aren't in much contact with DM & Co post move-in but they've been great any time we needed them.

Always so helpful and understanding easy to get in touch with a big Thank you to Steph today for helping in an emergency making 1000 phone calls for me really will do all they can to help I’m very grateful

Appointed DM & Co, to assist in the sale of my Late Mother's House. My daughter used DM & Co, 3 years ago, and highly recommended them. How right she was, from initial call for a valuation to the Sale completion, the service and attention to detail has been absolutely First Class. Communication throughout has been excellent, with very regular updates.
I cannot praise everyone involved enough, but I must highlight 2 members of their team in particular, Victoria and Anne. The help, advice, support, was on a level of customer service I'd not encountered in years. Special praise to these wonderful ladies. Thank you, you have been Stars!!

Recently found a rental property through DM & Co. homes. Extremely professional and very helpful throughout the process. Particular mention goes to Julieanne who has been fantastic throughout with truly exceptional levels of customer care . Always willing to go the extra mile with an unrelentless drive to ensure all matters completed to full satisfaction . Communication always world class with nothing being too much trouble . Julianne was very easy to deal with and always friendly throughout the post move process, a credit to the business. Absolutely recommend DM&CO as the agent to use.

The team at DM did a great job. Very communicative and sale progression was excellent.

After a long and drawn out process for ourselves and our buyer, we finally exchanged and completed the week before last. I would particularly note the professionalism and support from Ann and Victoria who both kept us informed and politely chased the process with all involved parties.
It is a relief to be finally in our new home and we look forward to spending our first Christmas rediscovering possessions that have been boxed and waiting to be moved over a lengthy period of time.
Thanks to all who supported us.
Steve

DM & co we're really helpful and very professional. All the staff were polite and understanding throughout the whole process and in particular Victoria was a great help in completing sale.

We purchased a home through DM&Co Shirley and the service they provided was brilliant. They were always on the other end of the phone; nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff were so lovely. Thanks in particular to Victoria and Emma who helped with the process of our purchase and were informative all the way through ☺️

I recently purchased my house through DM & Co Estate Agents, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. From start to finish, they were exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient. The team was highly organized, ensuring that the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Their quick response times and attention to detail truly stood out. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A fantastic agent!

Ann is just wonderful. She supported the entire process of our house sale - which was stressful - day and night, and communicated fabulously well. If I was selling another house near Solihull I'd definitely be asking for Ann again!!!

Amy went above and beyond in working to get this sale through. A long struggle and took a lot of negotiation with solicitors, management company and discussions with buyer and seller but we got there. Thanks so much.
