The process was simple, straight forward and convenient. Also, quick response with results. The ancestry, etc, dna world is very, very confusing with tech needs and terminology. Anyone who can speak to the average person is greatly appreciated.

An abundance of proprietary and custom/third-party calculators makes for an excellent, interesting, and fun time researching my grandparents' genetic genealogy. However, one downside of note, is when trying to load/calibrate the calculators (when it displays "calculating..." on the tabs, so as to use them), sometimes for reasons unknown (perhaps glitches?) the calculators calibrate for the incorrect kit, or will calculate/recalculate for the wrong calculator. Also, sometimes, certain calculators take very long to load/calibrate, or are stuck doing so indefinitely/never finish.

I used the "WGS (BAM/CRAM) to RAW files" tool. It worked great. Best in class from everything I found online.

The time period in getting the results was quick and highly appreciated. Keep up the good work.

Great, very fast response rate (same day), very kind, professional and honest. They refunded me immediately when they realised my DNA data was corrupted, even though it wasn't their fault (it was a mistake done by Dante Labs).

They also very kindly explained to me what is wrong with my sample which helped me take further action with Dante labs.

I was impressed with my results. The ancestry results were very accurate. I also uploaded my LivingDNA results to them so I could get my g25 coordinates. The g25 results were good, except for the phenotype ones. I don’t believe in phenotypes, but the results I got didn’t even conform to how I look.

I had whole genome sequencing done through Dante but needed files in the 23andme format which DNAGenics offered. I am very happy with the multiple files types that I received and how quickly they were delivered.

I paid a lot for merges and it didn’t work
