Wow! Delighted with service received.

Wow! What I expected to be a horrendous experience (not being particularly "techie") was simple, quick and pain free. The lady was amazing, explanation so clear, a pleasure to deal with. Needs promoting!

Extremely bad customer service- ghosted us.

We had very high hopes when signing up with this payment gateway for my small business, however our experience has been incredibly disappointing.
After the initial onboarding, communication completely stopped. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone, we have been repeatedly ignored and effectively ghosted, leaving us without answers or support when we needed it most.
For a service that is critical to running a business, reliability and communication are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, this company has failed on both counts.

I had a great experience

I had a great experience working with Guy, he helped me set up my new card machine from DNA Payments and the whole process was smooth and easy. We have recently switched to dna…

We have recently switched to dna payment services from another provider.
Jamie came to see us at work and completed all the initial formalities.. not a pushy salesman and very friendly and amicable..
Then a couple of days later after our card reader arrived we were contacted by Amina who helped us with the setup of the machine and was more than happy to be patient with us while she explained the step by step setup.Amina was lovely and polite and patient.. thank you..
We did have a couple of issues on the setup as one or two of the settings were wrong and Amina handed us over to the lovely Katie who again was friendly and understanding and sorted out our issues and answered all of our questions.. 5 stars thank you.
So far so good and looking forward to using our new card machine.
