Outstanding service. This is the 3rd year in a row getting my motor insurance from Dolmen. Service is always excellent, staff always friendly and the price is always competitive. Would highly recommend.

I have been with Dolmen in Artane Dublin, for 2 years now.
They came highly recommend by a friend.
The first year they managed to reduced my car and home insurance by over 35% and 65%.

This year I was sure as an existing customer I felt sure I would experience a rate increase.

I havent. In fact insurance for my car went down an additional Eur25.00.

We've been dealing with Dolmen for over 10 years now for multiple properties and the service has always been second to none. Extremely helpful getting back to us with competative quotes and quick to respond to any questions or queries we had. Changes in policies requested were put through immediatly. It'd difficult to get excited about insurance (until you need it) but I would absolutely recommend this company for efficient and friendly service.

Great experience. Very efficient. Paperwork and details handled in a very timely manner as we were eager not to delay the completion of our house purchase. Very pleasant and professional, making the process stress free. I can't think of any faults in our experience.

I'm with Dolmen Ins for a very long time. They now look after our house insurance as well as cars. Have gotten full support form them particularly when we really needed insurance cover for accidents both car and house. They've looked after me when I have had problems with other companies. No problem too big. Definitely recommend Dolmen.

I honestly can not complain. They helped me cover my camper when I was having difficulty with other insurers. And when I realized the first van was a lemon, they had no problem changing cover on short notice to a new van. The quote was on the high side but I don't have car insurance so I understand. And they cover European driving without a time limit, most companies give like 30 day cover abroad and we travel a lot so it's worth it. They covered my above cab damage too when the window blew out in a storm and didn't raise my insurance.
I highly recommend them if you plan extended travel. And I have not had a breakdown but any questions I have ever had have been answered instantly. And they always answer the phone really quickly. The team that work there were considerate of our situation at renewal and extended the time we needed to get the money together.

We have been waiting at the side of the road for 31hours now .Dont use Dolmen. They do not look after their customers . They do not comunicate.

So much for Customer loyalty, 10 years of uninterrupted continued claim free insurance for our Motor-home. We missed the renewal (by 9 days) the subsequent calls, emails, form filling and expected fees for new vehicle inspections where just too much to continue using them.
So went to the market and within 30 mins of calling a new insurance company we where covered. Good bye and good riddance to a very very poor customer serviced orientated motor-home insurer.

Looking for Van Insurance Quote send them information got from them email saying (Unfortunately we are unable to provide a quotation at this time.)
Send Email to them with question (On witch time you can provide if you dot mind I ask you.) start sending me email with question, if I don't ask question the don't have interest, look like there don't need customers!!! Bad Service have good time you lost one customer.
